Kids in room above us. Called at 10pm and complained, after that it was quite until 7:00am. Then heard the kids jumping around again. Got a different room that was not even cleaned that morning, then had to move all of our stuff again to a third room for the second night. Was told was going to get a discount apon leaving, but the different day clerk knew nothing about it when we checked out. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

It was easy access to the freeway. Landscaping needed attention- lack of power outlets by desk. Over all as expected. Clean. The architecture did not block out noise from outside very well.

I stayed here on a business trip in March of 2009. A ballroom dance competition was being held the week I was in town, and a sizeable youth group had booked quite a few rooms near mine. Unfortunately, the last night I stayed there they were particularly loud and they woke me from a sound sleep at 12:30 am. I called the front desk, and X promptly came by and asked the group to be quiet. After about half an hour things calmed down, and I got close to falling asleep again. Then at 1:30 there was suddenly a lot of noise in the hall once more. I called the front desk and X explained that the group had just gotten out of a meeting and would soon quiet down again. They did for a while, but I soon began to hear shouts and shrieks from the pool, which was in an out-building quite close to the windows of my room (the windows weren't open.) This continued off and on, until I finally called the desk again at 2:00 am. X explained that the pool was open 24 hours and that there was nothing he could do to quiet the group in the pool area. He offered to move me to another room, but since I was getting up at 4 am to catch an early flight anyway, this wasn't a helpful solution. I asked if he would consider reimbursing me for one night's room rate, since I had basically been unable to get the night's sleep I had paid for. Because I had paid in advance online, X said he would be unable to "comp" my room for the night. It seemed strange to me that my method of payment should make any difference in this respect.

a local company set me up - i guess i shouldn't be so concerned as i didnt pay for the room, but i was very disappointed. the staff was either non-existent at the desk or very rude. the room was not clean and the front desk attendant would not accomodate with a different room or attempt to clean. I could understand if the hotel was extremely busy, but i knew from the parking lot and lack of traffic through the hotel that wasn't the case. I tried to bring it up to the manager the next day, but was abruptly cut off as other "pressing matters' had to be dealt with first.

We came to town for Women's Conference and we had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and although we didn't use it, the inside pool was a plus. I know when I come again next year I am definitely bringing my swimming suit. They had a great continental breakfast and overall it was a great experience!

I loved the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I didn't' like that the breakfast ended so early at 9am. I would definitely stay here again. I loved our room and, the hotel and staff were very accommodating toward me and my children. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay with family and the breakfast was good. We just wished that it didn't end so early so we could sleep in a little.

Our stay at the Super 8 Hotel in Lehi, Utah was very comfortable. The rooms, though sparse, were very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and quickly responded to any requests. The sink area was separated from the shower and toilet area. This was very nice. The continental breakfast provided was standard, but adequate.

It was in a convenient location and the staff was great. We had to have our keys recarded for the second day. It was over all very nice and convenient. The continental breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was a nice plus. the room was comfy and clean. It was nice stay overall.
