The staff was helpful and friendly hotel. Clean. It was what I neded. Clean, quiet, nice friendly people and close to my event, so no hassle.

Typical low-priced motel, but hard to find the entrance off the highway. Okay if you don't mind 40 or 50 semi's idling all night next door. Next to interstate. Good selection for complimentary breakfast. February 2009

We checked in about 30 min. before the check-in time and we had to wait for our room. Then to make matters worse..the hallway is dark and smells really dank, our room smelled like mildew. The toilet was loose and leaked water all over the bathroom floor. We found black mold on the wall between the bathroom and the hotel room itself. As we were going to bed we found cockroaches in one of the beds. The A/C was so loud it kept my children and myself up for most of the night. When I complained, they switched me to another room on the bottom floor...Which to say the least wasn't any better. The bathmat in the tub was comming up and it was all nasty underneath, the tub would not drain. I had a non-smoking room, but all I could smell was smoke coming from somewhere. We booked this hotel for its pool as well as the fact that it had a microwave and a fridge, they told us the pool was closed when we got there, and that it'll be ready in the morning, it never was cleaned.....All I can say is pay the little extra, stay anywhere else but here.

Nothing. Holes in sheets, handle on sink broke, noise. Does not deserve my time.

Clean, but had the smell of smoke when we entered. Probably being used by youngsters sitting the hall on their laptops bad- second night, unmade beds, coffee supply and cups not attended to.

It had a covenant location and moderate price. It is in need of renovation. We refused the first room because it was so run down and dirty and the second room had problems also. One day there was no hot water for 3 hours in the morning and the continental breakfast was so-so. I also had to re-activate my key card 4 times in a 7 day stay. The staff was friendly but I had to keep requesting the same service (extra towels) every day.

It is not often that I complain about a whole lot of anything, mainly because I don't feel that most times, the complaint is not investigated, and if it is, nothing seems to get done about it. However, there was one aspect of my stay, and that was that the employees did seem to take their job and responsibilities serious, and had a cheerful attitude while accomplishing their tasks. Now, back to adressing the negatives. The furnishings were in truly pitiful condition, i.e., the couch's upholstery was worn through in many spots, the bed sagged terribly towards the center nad wasn't comfortable in the least. The carpet should have been replaced sometime in the last 18 years or so, (this being the only exageration), the chairs, tables, something they used as an entertainment center, and the bedside tables and lamps all were in need of replacement.

Fridge and microwave in room. Run down. The hotel our reservation was made with was not the hotel we say in on line pictures. Very misleading. Room did not have sofa bed as stated on line. A bit runs down. No noise though.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff at the Front Desk. The wireless Internet service was extremely slow. Over all great hotel, great location for traveler on Interstate 10.
