Room was clean and orderly and the staff was friendly, but didn't appear concerned that two of three ice machines in the building were not working. Continental breakfast was cereal, rolls, bagels, etc. Overall a nice place. Surrounding area is nice for that walk after traveling. Would stay again.

I stayed here with my family for a weekend trip in November. The pool area is wonderful for kids. And open 24 hours! And they serve breakfast every morning for free, which was a good value. Very nice price and property. The staff was amazing. Very friendly! I would recommend and stay again!

Easy to get to. Had one no smoking room and it smelled like smoke bad. Hotel for most part was OK but asked for a no smoking room and it smelled like smoke really bad and they would not move.

The hotel staff was great, they had every thing you needed or wanted. When we were getting ready to check out the housekeeping was not friendly. The room was clean, plenty of towels for all of our guest, we missed housekeeping one of our nights and the desk staff was more than willing to give us what we needed. The pool was nice, just needed to clean the dirt out of the bottom a little, the bot tub was great all but the temperautre. It was a bit hot and when you turned the jets on it rumbled all though out the tub and was loud.

Two mornings in a row, I woke up to the chatter and loudness of the hotel cleaning staff. I asked for a late check out on 2nd day and had to call down to the front desk twice to complain about the noise from housekeeping. I finally had to yell out for them to shut up and they started laughing. I've never dealt with this level of rudeness or incompetence in my life. The pool. The check in staff ignored us & didn't even tell us where our room was, swore on the phone while we were there. The accommodations were good, the check in girl needs to be fired. The rest of the staff was fine.

I had never been to this area, so I had no idea what hotel to choose. Stoney Creek is in a great area, it is a clean, well maintained hotel with a cute well planned theme, and it is full of people ready to help you. We were very pleased with our stay there. I would recommend this hotel 100% if you are unsure of the area and just need a place to stay. Plus it is right off the I-90 so you don't have to go far to get there. We loved it! And the breakfast in the AM is nice.

24 hour pool is a big attraction to a traveling church youth group. Hard to find the bathroom light switch. Good, basic hotel for traveling with kids - a nice 24 hour pool and a simple breakfast were our two main criteria.

It was clean. People knocking on door at all hours and teenagers playing all night in next rooms and trying to get in our rooms through adjoining doors. It was ok, if there are a lot of teenagers thereI wouldn't recommend it for buisness people that want to actually sleep, we drove over 4 hours each way and the sleep wasn't good. Too many interruptions.

The pool was nice. When I got there to check in, the clerk was asleep behind the desk and I could not get her to wake up and then was not terribly friendly.
