Clean and nice beds, not too hard. Nothing. Was a nice place to stay. The free breakfast was nice and well presented.

Super 8 was very nice, clean and close to everything. But, the desk staff needs to realize if they don't know the answer to a question there is nothing wrong with saying ""I don't"" know rather than give wrong info. I asked about an UPS store and was told there was none in the area, incorrect I saw one after I mailed the package by US Postal Service. I also asked for closest Catholic Church and was given the Catherdal which was not the closest one.

The location was excellent. Thin worn bed linens, terrible continental breakfast, very small bathroom. Worn out towels. We were very disappointed with the quality of the hotel room. The bed linens were old, worn as were the towels and wash cloths. The continental was the worst we have ever had. All in all we would not stay in a two star hotel if they are all like this one. This is the first hotel that we have disappointed in. The only good thing about this hotel was the excellent location.

It was in a nice location in Rapid City. Not far from local attractions! Staff was not really able to give any opinion when asked where to go to see cites. Breakfast was below par. It was nice to be able to bring our little dog. Room was clean. Hotel was not far from local attractions.

We had a hard time finding the entrance. You had to drive through a gas station. We were given a room on the bottom floor. The window was ground level with the parking lot. When I looked out I saw the underside of a car and it's tires. This window gave me a security\\safety issure. I also felt closed in. The furniture was dated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were restaurants and shopping close by. If I hadn't booked it ahead of time and been so tired I wouldn't have stayed.

It was further away from Mount Rushmore than we would have liked but it was clean. The staff rearranged our rooms to be closer to each other I really appreciated that. We often have to get two rooms because of the room limit. Breakfast was crowded and ordinary nothing special. For the price it was a good value.

The cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. There was nothing that displeased me about this motel. This Super 8 was one of the best that I (we) have stayed in. There are only 3 Super 8's that have exceeded all our expectations; Rapid City, Deadwood S.D., and Yuma Arizona. I attribute this to the management and staff. I believe the entire staff at the Rapid City Super 8 should be recognized.

The location was great; easy access to the freeway, gas, shopping and restaurants. Mt. Rushmore was a little more than a 1/2 hour away. We had never stayed at a Super 8 before and booked this trip only 2 weeks ahead. The room was a little smaller but the bathroom was a good size - the design used the space efficiently. The room was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned - including fresh towels!- each of the 4 days we were there. The only complaint I had was there were just 2 towels per room; you need to ask for a third.

Beautiful carpeting in the lobby. My dog was welcomed. I use a wheel chair and there was barely enough room to manuever around the room. Also the bed was very hard. Don't sleep in because they were out of coffee by 8am.

It was very clean. The bed was uncomfortable. Honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Most of the time, the economy hotels are not that clean but this is the exception to that rule. Staff was extremely great and the stay was very nice.

The air conditioner worked great. The rooms were very small. Of all the hotels in Rapid City, SD, that we have stayed in, this was not the worst nor the best. The rooms were very small but they were clean.
