We arrived early (1:30pm) and room was ready-he showed-it to us first as we requested handicap accessable-it was perfect. We previously stayed at Super 8 in Colorado and N. Carolina. We have never been disapointed.

Nicer than I expected fro the price. Breakfast consisted of 2 cereals & a few bagels. Clean, quiet, nice diner nearby. Good value for the price.

First of all this hotel is not in Kutztown, it's in New Smithville, and the hospitality is just terrible. The front desk clerk is just rude and very unfriendly and unhelpful with a bad attitude. For the the first hour when checking in I had no running water, and was also told that scheduling was rearranged and that I may not have a room. I was unaware that construction was going on in the hotel, had I have known I would have gone somewhere else. The hotel is really dingey and musty with the smell of old stale cigarette smoke throughout the halls. I stayed out of my room as much as possible just to make my vacation more enjoyable.

The hotel and especially out room were unclean. Our room has a very bad oder and the bathroom smelled very moldy. The hallways and stairways were filthy. We were very disappointed in the continental breakfast--english muffins, cereal, juice and coffee. Will not go to this hotel again.

They kept the room very clean, And none of my stuff went missing. The personal at this motel was very nice and they did their job very well. If I go back up there I would stay their again.

The night shift clerk was very loud and rude to us. We would never stay here again. We visit allentown area a lot and this hotel is 35 minutes from allentown city.

Price. Could be cleaner, no hot water. Ok for the price if the hot water worked, needs some maintenance. Easy in and out.
