The price, was having surgery, just needed to sleep.

Had to be in kingston for my wife's surgery at kingston general hospital, KGH staff reccomended this hotel. The location was excellent, its very hard to find parking at the hospitals, so it was easier just to leave the car at the hotel and walk to the hospital..The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and they offered special rates for hospital patients. All in all excellent stay.

We were just going to Kingston for a quick stop over, just picking some family members up, and really weren't planning on spending much time in our hotel room, so chose Super 8. Didn't really want to spend extra money on something we wouldn't really be using. BAD IDEA!! The lobby is nice and the room photos on the website must be for their nicest room. Our room was so small, two people were crowding it. There were bugs in the hallway (I understand it's the spring and bugs are inevitable, but there were LOTS), the bathroom was claustrophobic!! The bed was soooo uncomfortable!! I worked in the hotel industry for almost 5 years and this hotel really needs a make over. Even though the doors are electronically locked, five minutes in the room and we checked out.

No hair dryer in the room. The bathroom is way to small - you aren't able to move around freely.

I am shocked a chain would put their name on this shoebox....i will never ever stay at a Super 8 or punish anyone else by telling them to do so....ok....maybe the in-laws

very nice and friendly desk staff, room was very clean, price was excellent, free wireless internet, location is excellent, walking distance to queens and downtown.

Very close to the attractions I was in town for. The whole hotel was dirty. The rooms were extremely small, and unkempt. The bathroom had mold in it, and there obviously hasn't been an electrical inspector in to see it as there were obvious areas that weren't up to code. The wireless internet wasn't working as we were too far away from the front desk. The fridge wasn't cold and was noisy.

close to downtown, Queens...small but clean rooms and good service.

Dirty, very small rooms, lights didn't work. This hotel was dirty with very small rooms. The staff couldn't recommend restaurants and were disconnected on service.

I am not kidding, my closet at home has more space than these rooms. I had to turn my body to get by the bed, the front door cant open without hiting the table, the bathroom door cant open all the way. I cant belive Super 8 would actually put thier name on this showbox

Nothing. The room is not clean.

Room location relating to parking lot. Door lock was broken, parts missing. Felt unsafe even with latch enabled. Room was too small. Bathroom cramped, smelled a bit. General area was clean. Bed was ok. TV worked well. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend to friends or business associates.

The Super 8 did not have hot water for morning shower- it was barely luke warm. The decor was old; the motel requires a face lift. The shower head was not completely in working order and we had to wait half and hour until the heater warmed up our room. We would have gone to another hotel had we not alread checked in.

Hotel was not very apealing and definitely on the wrong side of the tracks but rooms were accaptably clean but showed age. Old and smoky smelling.

"room was full of bread-like crumbs, smelt like old socks in the hall ways. No one was ever at the desk readily avail. We had 4 ppl in the room,we asked for more towels & they came back with 2 small towels.Power went out in the morning, took them 1 hour 'fix' the problem by switching us to the other room to use.rooms are extremely small, not impressed at all. would not return."

Great location. Sagging mattress, wallpaper falling off wall, old and dingy. We would not recommend this motel. We were very disappointed.

"I would give the hotel a rating of 0 if possible. The rooms were terrible (faulty locks, dangling smoke detector). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY"

Nothing, it was gross. Everything, it was gross. We went and checked in and saw the room. The hallway smelled and was dirty, the room was very dirty. We did not stay at this hotel and I am in the process of making sure we were not charged. Except, because we used the bathroom, we had to pay a $15.00 fee for cleaning for being honest that we used the bathroom. I got a written statement from the staff that we would not be charged. I have never seen a more disgusting place to stay in my life. You really should investigate. We went and stayed at the Radisson instead--great place! When my brother-in-law and I went to complain and let them know we weren't staying there, they were not surprised and agreed with no problem. My guess is that this is not the first time someone has walked out. My sister, who hung out for a minute in the room, heard the people next door having a good time, if you know what I mean. We asked for a non-smoking room and as soon as we walked up the stairs and opened the door to go down the hall to our room the stench hit you in the face not just smoke, just a really bad stale smell. Totally gross. I would recommend that you not recommend this motel. I would now hesitate to stay at any Super 8 in the future and am letting them know this as well. They are being represented by this hotel, which is disgusting.
