Just like a prior review..we made reservations online and noted we were bringing a dog. We called ahead and informed them as well. Then, got there and the owner treated us beyond rude because we had a dog. Said we had to stay in a smoking room due to we had a dog. I reserved a non-smoking with a dog online and reservation was nonrefundable. He charged us more for the room then we reserved it for. I called super 8 and they said basically..too bad. I noticed that they have a smoking room then a non smoking room next to each other. These people are ignorant. So, they all smell like smoke. More than that is the incredible rudeness of the staff. And, at 4 p.m. our room was not ready. They were just cleaning it. NEVER again!!! By the way, when I called he quoted me twice the price super 8 had it listed for online. I heard from locals that during snow storms he more than doubles the price per room.

We stayed at the Super 8 in Kimball last week on our way to Wyoming because they accepted pets. When we arrived, we found out that they charge $$ per pet, which is fine, but the manager was VERY rude to us and not helpful. Also, if they charge $$ per pet, you would think they would have a grassy area for the pets to go outside to do their business and/or exercise, but they don't. The rooms and hallways are filthy and definitely not worth the money we spent. We will NEVER stay there again and do not appreciate the way we were treated.

I checked in late at night and they have everything barred up like you'd find in a city gas station....the door is locked at night and it's the only main entrance out- the other is an emergency exit only. The whole place smelled like smoke and my non-smoking bathroom smelled like smoke as well. The continental breakfast is coffee, juice and stale pastries. I passed. Our room was clean but the recliner did have a suspicious white stain on the seat, so I passed on that. I came to sleep and move on and it served it's purpose, but I'd have to be awfully hard up to stay again. I turned around and stayed in a luxury hotel the next 2 nights for the same price in Denver. Oh and I had looked at "X" before I went and knew the pricing- she tried to charge me a much higher price but did come down when I told her the price I'd seen listed here. The hallways are quite narrow and the bathrooms: quite small and very hard water, but it was clean, some of the rooms have their own doors to the rooms and the outdoors was nicely decorated with flowers!
