Every part of this hotel was filthy dirty. The Sheets on the bed had hair on them and were so stained it was appalling. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. I wouldn't even take my shoes off to walk on the carpet. The chairs were just as dirty. Lamp fixture was written on with (Toys & Boys) perhaps the rooms were rented by the hour!! The price of this filth dirty hotel was &90.00 So not worth it!! I would never book on Orbits again. We were locked into the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

It took 3 rooms till I got a shower that worked first morning showed in the sink.

there was no hair dryer or iron in the room. the rooms looked old and needs to be updated and the location was terrible, no signs to show where hotel was located/was hard to find.

the odor of cigarette smoke is everywhere; it is obvious that they never changed the carpets after classifying several floors as non-smoking. maintenance seems almost non-existent

the super 8 motel at Kalamazoo was good, the room size seemed larger. The location was good with a lot of fast food chain around. Clean and comfort enough for a short trip stay. What they were missing is some good service-mind staff.

Inexpensive,andgood location. Heavy smoke smell in stairwells, very little water pressure for shower.

Upon check in and check out the front desk was not at all friendly or attentative while I was at the counter. She was in a hurry to get back to her phone call.

I really enjoyed this motel. My mom has problems with staire they moved us from the third floor to the first floor! The motel room was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent in accommodating our needs. Like I said they moved us from the third floor to the first floor due to my mom having problems getting up and down the stairs. We appreciated that a lot! The Lil breakfast bar was nice also.

Goodquality. Nothing. This is probably the best 1 or 2 star hotel you'll ever stay on. It was very clean, clean towels, clean bathroom, good bed and linen. Had microwave and refrigerator. Friendly staff. Included breakfast.

No frills, but nicely accommodating. Just a tad down at the heels. Great location. Graciously provided a ground floor room as I am on crutches. Clean facilities. Great towels. Functional place.

Acceptable basic accommodation, quiet location, comfortable bed. Water constantly dribbling from shower faucet, surfaces in crevices behind the sink faucet was very dirty. I got a good night's rest in this motel, which is the most important thing to me. The room and bed were comfortable. The place was quiet and conveniently located. The staff was helpful on the telephone in giving me directions -- twice (I got a bit lost; the town was new to me). Unfortunately, a couple of shortcomings in housekeeping and maintenance, as noted above.

Cheap. Dirty. Fit the price. Bathtub was dirty and so were the sheets. Not overly impressed.

Price, quietude. Quite out of the way. I chose it for the price, and it did not disappoint. It was clean, quiet and just fine. I can never figure out how heating/a.c. works in motels, and this one was fine!
