A hearty welcome after a long drive, staff very friendly and efficient couldn't have been more friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Easy to find, central location in Invermere/Windermere. I don't like having to plug in a lamp to the wall for light. Unfortunately, my stay was short, so I did not experience much of the hotel amenities beyond my room. Ironing board would have been appreciated in the room. The reservation agent -young male- was very helpful in getting directions.

Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Liked the breakfast space, liked the hot tub and tunes, liked the room. Cream cheese should be kept in the fridge. Would have liked a pool. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Would be back.

Clean, and centrally located. We've always been satisfied with all of our Super 8 stays, so we keep coming back.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was not cleaned very well from day to day and we were always short of towels. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful for the most part. Although we told them there were four of us in the room, we had to ask for a set of towels each day, as we were only given three sets. The room was not really made up each day, beds not made, etc. and one day the room coffee pot was not cleaned out or supplies restocked. Probably an oversight, overall a good experience.

Clean, nice accommodations. Located next to an airfield and highway, sometimes loud.
