This Super 8 was clean and the staff efficient. The room was comfortable & the location convenient. We have already booked another night next week. The only suggestion is to offer a bit more for the contentenial breakfast, fresh fruit & yogurt would be a good addition to the cold cereal & donuts.

No air conditioning in room, rude employees, not professional, etc. I had my confirmation, even pulled it up for the manager, and they didn't have a room reserved for my party.

This is the only hotel in Indianola with interior rooms, which I prefer over motel-style exterior ones. Unfortunately, the ice machine leaked, so the hallway floor was soaked and had filthy, soggy towels covering it the entire time we were there. Perhaps it was the muggy weather, but the room always seemed damp. Housekeeping service was so-so... some days everything was clean and fresh, other days, only some things were... I'd stay there again, but only because it is the closest hotel with interior rooms near my husband's family.

Interior corridors. Wi-Fi did not work and, SKANKY pool! I chose this hotel specifically because of Wi-Fi and pool. Neither was operational. I feel ripped off.
