Description:
We are right on Route 66, the Mother Road. The Petrified Forest National Park with fantastic views of the Painted Desert and world famous petrified wood are just 18 miles from our Super 8 Motel. Downtown Holbrook, just a mile from us is a time capsule with preserved buildings from the town's raucous old west days (including the Bucket of Blood Saloon building) through the heyday of Route 66 (with unique and kitschy souvenir shops). Other sightseeing attractions include: Navajo Indian Reservation (13 miles), Meteor Crater (45 miles), Painted Desert (18 miles), Sunrise Ski Resort (60 miles) Museum of the Americans (3 miles). Our superb location gives you easy access to Hubble Trading Post National Monument, Keams Canyon, the Hopi Mesas and the incomparable Canyon de Chelly. After a long day sightseeing relax under a classic western sunset. We also provide coffee makers in every room so that you can have your first cup as soon as you wake up. We have radio alarm clocks and hair dryers in every room as well as complimentary wireless high speed internet access. Don't forget we serve a complimentary Super Start Breakfast each morning in our lobby to speed you on your way to your day's adventure.

Not really anything. It was dark loud and toilet dripped all night. It was very dark when we drove up sign was half lite, toilet leaked all night, maid service was loud and started at 8:00 am with a squeaky cart, doors being slammed all morning.

i was very disappointed in this hotel-- had no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. no one offered to help us with the luggage. also the 1st floor corridor reaked of cigarette smoke and alcohol. the bed was comfortable, but the pop up in the bathroom basin was broken and i had to hold it up for the water to go down the drain. this hotel did not meet my standards and i would not book at a super 8 again.

Staff was nice and friendly and I would recommend hotel to others.

I was quite satisfied with the price and value of this hotel. Only bad mark was that the refrigerator was not working, but we got it to work after messing with the dial on the back of it (took a few hours for it to kick in). Staff is courteous, friendly and personable. Everything else was pretty comfortable and enjoyable.

Parking was ok. The bath tub was filthy! The greeting from the clerk was impersonal, hurried and all about the rules. The room was very small, but ok. The bath tub was horrible, and I felt the need for a tetanus shot just looking at it. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, even though it's a one star. I've had better experiences with other 1 star hotels/motels.

This is a great inexpensive place to stay when you visit the Petrified Forest. My kids like it because they have Nickolodean on their cable chanels & there is a Pizza Hut right next door. It's a nice, easy place to relax after a day of travel. The front desk staff is excellent. They are very friendly & helpful. There are some things that need repairs, like the ice machine & one of the security doors did not open with the key card, but this did not hinder our ability to relax and enjoy our stay.

This hotel was very old and not updated at all, smelled of old smoke etc. Very old hotel, staff was not friendly. It reminded me of a scary movie. We were glad that it was only for one night.

"This is an area where hotels, food and gas are WAY overpriced so this hotel was a comfortable stay for the price. Breakfast donuts were stale but all else up to par."

It was just convenient. They was spraying the day I got there. I liked the staff they were nice and friendly. The restaurants were convenient. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi.

I have a handicapped daughter, manager went out of her way to help us. Other help there could use a lot more training in customer satisfaction, customer is always right. 3 storey high and no elevator. We have a daughter in a wheelchair. Explain we couldn't carry our daughter that far. So was told they had a room on 1st floor but had only 1 bed but they could get a roll-a-way in there for an extra $5. I got upset so manager was called in. Manager immediately gave us a room on 1st floor with 2 beds. Manager was great, other help needs more training in making customer happy.

Floor was sinking in the bathroom, water leakage under the sink got my bags wet, badTV reception. The floor in the bathroom was not level so when you walked on it, it felt like you might fall through. There was a blow dryer in the bathroom but the power outlets did not work, water leaked from under the sink wetting my luggage. This is not a hotel that I will be staying at for future trips to Arizona. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

Room was generally clean and contained most amenities. Rooms too noisy. Good location, easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly staff, room fairly clean, plenty of TV channels, close to food, noisy rooms no insulation between rooms beside and above, we got very little sleep due to the noise level.

Friendly staff and convenient location. No closets or refrigerator. Very reasonable for overnight business stay.

The Winslow hotel I was trying to get was great, and barely a quarter full. I vacation twice a year. I am working in the Winslow area for the next few months and will be renting hotel rooms for that time.

Quiet. No elevator and kind of dirty. This is an older motel located close to i-40. Two story with no elevator so you'll have to climb a couple of flights of stairs. Room was average. The parking area is a bit desolate though I had no problem with anyone tampering with my car. A decent place to stay if you're just passing though the night.

The staff was friendly. A big dog in yard next door very mean.
