when i checked in it was late and the room was waiting for me with no problems. i laid down for a while and watched t.v.. it would have been nice to have a clock/radio with a c.d. player, i'm use to that at the other hotels i stay at.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Cheap with bath soaps etc. The staff were very pleasant to deal with, comfy beds, inferior bath soaps and continental breakfast due for an update.

The title says it all. It was your average hotel 8, good beds, clean rooms. Service however was outstanding! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rochester. Easy access to the freeway, central to many of the areas attractions. All in all very well worth the money.

The staff was friendly and helpful in every respect. This was an excellent motel and great value.

Very helpful front desk staff, polite and friendly. Parking! Construction trucks and pick-up trucks allowed to park in the front and side prime parking spaces.

This is a Super 8 for crying out loud. Nothing special here. You get a clean room in a maintained building.

Ease of parking, rooms easily accessible. The Asst Mgr Ted was rude, not caring, self indulged. The bed cover had gum stuck to it. No extra towels were available, and the cot had sheets and a blanket that showed previous use. The help was using the pay wash machines to wash towels etc. I do not appreciate the Asst Mg. yelling at us about his help not showing up for work and to make due with what has been provided.

This hotel was pretty much what you would expect from a Super 8; not particularly high quality, but clean and nice. The staff was polite and helpful and very organized at check-in.

The Super8 in Henrietta was very reasonable. It was clean and we got to our room right away. The clerk was very helpful with dinner directions. This hotel is right in the middle of a shopping mecca,but it was very quiet in our area. Lots of things nearby to do. The only weak link was the morning breakfast. The coffee was great but the rest was mediocre. Still a good value for what we received. I would stay there again.
