Felt comfortable. No TV remote, small bath towels. The hotel was easy to find, appeared clean and well kept. Parking was adequate and clearly marked. The common areas were clean and there were patrons using these areas. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we found the beds to be comfortable. There was no remote for the TV and the bath towels were small. The coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV, Radio and lights all worked. The air conditioner was noisy but was not an issue during this part of the year. The location made it difficult to exit the hotel parking lot to the bordering streets, a minor inconvenience.

This hotel was pretty good for the price. The a/c was a little lacking but I have stayed here before and had no problem with it. The people working the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean enough thought the a/c made me shudder when I happened to glance in the vent. The free wireless service was nice as it was Nov. 4th and I was keeping track of the election results. Very close to a variety of restuarants and a GREAT sushi place (spicy sushi and grill right accross the street in the Target shopping center. use the $$ you sae on a room and treat yourself!) The beds are very soft which is why I rated them bad. I prefer a firm mattress so if you like a soft bed this is the place for you.

Very clean & good continental breakfast. I had no problem with this hotel. I had never stayed at a Super 8 before and was a little wary about staying there. But I was very pleasantly surprised. I would definately stay there again!

Just stay away. This is bottom of the food chain. The facilities are not secure. Front dest staff is not wmpowered to deal with problems. Spend $25 more and head anywhere else.

Well kept and managed. The rooms were very well kept and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again and recommend it to others in the future.

The location was excellent. This establishment could use a healthy face lift. Some remodeling and updating of the furnishing is in order. The staff were excellent. The accommodations need some work.

Friendly and very helpful. Bed comforter had a tear in it. I would definitely stay here without any qualms.

There was a quick check in as well as check out. The office staff could be a bit more enthusiastic and friendly.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants, walk able. Difficult to navigate through this town, could use more street signs. The hotel was just fine for the very short time I spent in the room. The only problem I had was while I was showering on the morning of checkout, the smoke alarm was sounding off. I couldn't get out of the shower to do anything about it. So needless to say, That was a little nerve wracking to hurry up to dress and have my things packed up and get out of that room. No one from the staff called or came to the room to find out why the smoke detector was alarming.

Easy check in. Smelled like cigar in the room. one lady was on the computer for a long time with somebody I don't know if they have time limit but it think it was kind of rude for nobody to say anything to her and the lady was very loud and the check in lady was on the phone the whole time when I checked in and ask her for directions to the nearest casino she didn't even tell the person she was talking to hold on or she will call her back or anything.

Had a nice pool area. Only one high speed Internet connection, had to wait. My room was upgraded upon my arrival in Hemet, and they were able to take us one night earlier than I had reserved. It has a nice pool area, and a small continental breakfast of sunny delight, bagels, and donuts. It has high speed internet access, but only one computer available for use, and so we frequently had to wait to utilize this service. The rooms are kept clean, but in minor disrepair. I did have a fridge and microwave available for my use in the room which was handy. Front desk staff was always courteous, as was housekeeping. It is close to a major intersection in Hemet. It is across the street from Target and under a mile from the mall. Overall, I will stay there again when we return to Hemet.
