First day, found tick on myself after laying on bed for a nap, pulled back covers and found dog hair all over sheets and comforter. Staff moved us to second floor room. Rooms are not very clean, linens are dirty looking, place looks run down and not well cared for. Was trying Super 8, we usually stay at Holiday Inn Express in Heath. Third day, electricity went out around 2 am. By checkout nothing had been done to restore power. This was only in the motel. Traffic signals and all other buildings around the motel had power. Everything in refridgerator was ruined. Staff did not say anything about power outage. Could not use key cards in door as there was no power. Overall, would not use this motel ever again, would not recommend this motel to anyone. Will be staying at Holiday Inn Express from now on. They are clean and have power!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The inner lining of the lamp shade was broke and laying on the light bulb. This place is great for short and long terms stays. Room had fridge and microwave which was convenient. Bagels were dried at breakfast and selection was good for what we spent per night.

This hotel (room 122) was full of bed bugs. Was eaten up the second night there. Have welps and bites all over exposed skin while I slept. Horrific experience!

I was satisfied with the room for the price that was offered. The biggest complaint is even with a credit card they will only gaurantee the roon until 6:00 pm. If you use a AAA or AARP card the room is only gaurenteed until 4:00 pm.

The location is good. The breakfast is not good. The fruit is old. They do not allow you to take food to your rooom. The hotel is OK for the money. The towels are very rough and thin. The carpets need cleaned. The breakfast could be a lot better!

Following a mixup on our reservation, we were given a very acceptable room. Could spend some money on better towels and pillows, instead of TV remotes. Cont. bfst very minimal. After I pointed out that plastic ""silverware"" not placed upside down, owner (manager) did nothing to correct sanitary faux pas.

The hotel was in a fairly good location. Parking lot needs some work done. Amenities- The continental breakfast was very poor.They told me they was worried about profit. The floor in the room needed to be shampooed. Bath room was OK.I would give this a 3 stat rating

Staff was very accommodating. Centrally located for what we had planned. Dining/reception area not air conditioned. Could not stay to eat because of the heat but not allowed to take food to room.

Location was good. Cleanliness. Stayed in hotel for 2 nights. Location was good. Hard to understand hotel employees. Carpets needed to be cleaned. Son spilt water and the towel we used to dry up spot was extremely dirty. Hallways smelt like smoke and not air conditioned. Towels were extremely thin, needed to replace.

Location was close to where I needed to go. Noisy morning maids, room not clean. The carpet left black residue on my white socks, the clean up maids in the morning used vacuum cleaners in main hall way very early in the a.m. hours. Staff was friendly, but aloof.

The shower and toilet worked. The bed's were hard as a rock. The hotel was relatively nice, but the bed was hard as a rock and there wasn't much of a breakfast.

It was everything they said it would be, plus. The vent didn't work that well in the bathroom. Friendly, clean, good breakfast bar, efficient personnel, had a refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer in room which I did not expect. Cooling and heating unit worked well.

Price was right and perfect for a short night's stay. Towels were like sandpaper. Hotel was clean and conveniently located. It was no frills but had a free adequate continental breakfast in a clean lobby.

Ease of entry. Somewhat distant from ultimate destination. This is a great motel for a business person or someone needing just a clean room.
