Had everything I needed. Carpet could be a bit cleaner. I have a good experience and would stay there again. It met the needs I had for this trip.

Beds were comfortable. Toilet stopped up, microwave was broke, light by bed didn't work, and light in bathroom didn't work. Hotel was average, room wasn't very pleasant.

The price was good, the location was nice. They were renovating the lobby, probably something that could not be helped. The room was nice enough. It had a micro-fridge, a hair drier, and an iron/ironing board but no in room coffee pot. There was coffee in the lobby. If you need an inexpensive place to lay your head in Hattiesburg this is the place.
