Very small rooms. Requested non-smoking, got smoking room. Hotel grounds were not well maintained.

The location was perfect and gorgoeus! Very close to area ski resorts. One bed had a big brown coffee stain on the sheets. I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years. Several ski resorts are located very close to this hotel. The staff has always been friendly, and the hotel has been very well kept. However, as noted before, on one of the beds, there was a huge brown coffee stain. Other than that, I have no complaints about this hotel at all. I would recommend it to everyone and I am sure I will be staying there again!

Only 10min from Loveland Ski Area, very easy to get to. Complimentary breakfast does not include any hot dishes (other than toasting bread and bagel). The ceiling creaks a bit when people above you walk. People are fairly friendly.

A decent basic motel, convenient and inexpensive location for many ski resorts in the area. Georgetown itself is a charming restored historic mining town.

Friendliest staff I seen in a long time. Hot tub closed too early. The workers (2) wouldn't let my daughter and her boyfriend check in, but they took care of them until my wife and I arrived. They fed us well in the morning and gave us great directions to the mountain we wanted to climb. The room was typical, but warm, clean and reasonably spacious for four of us. The breakfast area/lounge area was friendly, neat and clean. I'd go back in a minute and recommend it to anyone.

If you're looking for clean and safe, this is a good hotel, but if you want something better than shabby, then look elsewhere. Staff is friendly and helpful, but building and grounds are delapidated and worn. Not worth more than 55 a night.

Location and surroundings. Not well kept up and not too presentable. Old Super 8. Owners don't try very hard to keep the rooms up. Appears they do only what they have to get the business. Does not meet typical Super 8 standards.
