there are no words to describe how horrible this hotel was. most of our time was spend moving from room to room trying to find a room that was actually worth staying in. it was a complete disaster. there were stains all over the beds and sheets and the pillow case had lipstick still on it. i would never ever ever stay there ...in fact we didnt stay there for more than an hour. overall it was the most disgusting room i have ever seen in my entire life! one of the beds was actually broken but thats ok because we didnt even book a room with 2 beds...thats just what we got!

The Jacuzzi. Very noisy, far from all the attractions, not walking distance about 1 mile away. Other guests were very noisy all night. Was not able to walk to all the attractions as it is actually about 1 mile to 1 and a half away. If you did walk I would not feel safe walking at night in its location. Card machine for the room key messed up had to go to front for them to come reprogram the machine to get back into our room.

The motel was a good place to saty if you didn't want to be reight in town. It was old but clean, They really need to work on their water pressure though !! The water also had a smell to it ?? I think next time we will pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

The beds were very comfortable. The toilet was bad, it kept running. I wouldn't recommend to families with young children. It would be good for a constant traveler on a one night stay. To me, It was only good for sleeping in. The carpets needed to be cleaned and the toilet kept running; had to continuiously flush to get it to stop running. It had an odor in it; smelling like dirty diapers. We had noisy neighbors. The one thing I enjoyed about the hotel was the shower. It was by far the best thing in the hotel.

I'm glad we only spend one night in this hotel. It was old and outdated and smelled musty. The A/C unity was LOUD! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and I could not bring myself to walk on the bathroom floor with out socks on. There were no stairs to the 2nd floor, only a steep concrete ramp. It was scary walking down the ramp in the rain. We would definitely not stay here again.

our hotel needed much work, light sockets a hazard living room light hanging out of wall, no water pressure for shower, no books or resources regarding our stay ammenities or trolley services. ice machine completly across parking lot.

They did provide breakfast. Uphill climb to room. I chose this hotel to be away from the center of town traffic, but both the AC unit and the fridge in the room were so loud, I could not sleep at night. The hot tub was not open. The place was not anywhere near full and they stuck us way in the back, where we had to climb up hill just to get to the room.

Recently remodeled and very nice. Free Wireless internet. Continental breakfast wasn't much but pancake place across road. Staff pleasant and eager to please. Hotel is away from the rush of downtown Gatlinburg. Trolley stop in front of hotel lobby.

Staff very courteous, room was clean, WiFi worked great. Doesn't look too great from the outside, the colors weren't too appealing. Great place to stay if you're looking to be there just to sleep and shower like us.

Our first room door key didn't work and we had to be moved to different room which was a pain. Still had problems with door in new room not closing completely. Room itself was very clean, bed was very HARD, did not rest well. Probably will not stay here again.

A king size bed. Old, outdated, unclean. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. The coffee maker had coffee grounds in it along with old coffee, the exhoust fan in the bathroom did not work, the electrical outlets were coming out of the walls, the bathroom door would not shut unless you pushed real hard, and woke up everyone, and it had roaches.

Close to attractions. Really can't think of anything. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Clean is very important!

The staff was willing to help with my complaints. The room had mold, no towels, two burned out lights, and only 2 outlets worked. This place was adequate. The room should have been cleaner and the bed could have been more comfortable but it was a passable place to stay for the weekend. The refrigerator had mold growing on it, and the maid service hadn't restocked our towels when we arrived, however, but the big problem was that only a couple of the outlets worked and half of the lights were burnt out. I asked at the desk for more and they only had one replacement. I was not offered another light while I was there. I will not go back to this hotel.

Staff was friendly. Room was not very clean. When we went you use the in room coffee maker, the old coffee pod was still in the coffee maker, dried out and moldy. The floor needed vacuumed, the pillows were flat and the bed was not comfortable.

The staff was friendly at the front desk. It was a little dirty. The pool had too much chlorine. Very far from down town. The room was a little dirty. The pool had too much chlorine. Very far from down town. Did have nice front desk workers. Good room service when requested. Plenty of parking space and close to room. The room was a more open area, better than some hotel rooms that I have stayed in, in the past.

Nothing. It was dirty and even the pool was green. The bedding had stains and there were roaches. This hotel is perfect for someone on a low budget that doesn't mind roaches or silverfish. The carpets were dirty and there was nothing I would recommend.

Nothing! There were dead insects in the room, silver fish crawling on the floor! I would definitely not recommend the hotel to any of my friends or family ! For the money, I could have stayed on the parkway and have gotten a nicer room that didn't smell nasty! I recommend Quality Inn Creek side! Its wonderful!
