This Super 8 motel was the most horrible experience I have ever had. The hotel had no elevator to the second floor and refused to place us in a first floor room to accomodate my handicapped spouse and therefore neither of the rooms were used and we were forced to sleep in our car. When I did look at the rooms that were reserved (to determine if there was any way possible for my spouse to navigate the staircase) both were filthy, the bathtubs had bugs in them and the air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. This establishment should be condemned and closed to the public.

The staff was pretty friendly except the maid threw away the occupants train ticket to Chicago. The staff went through the trash in an effort to find the ticket but could not. The occupant was then left to purchase another train ticket. The hotel did not reimburse for the ticket.

It was a peaceful and quiet place. If you want a quiet place this is a perfect place to relax. I just noticed the outside surroundings of the hotel need improvement. Like the parking area.

My room had holes in walls, ceiling in bath need repairs, highly perfumed smell in room. How to gain access to the hotel from the road was not clear, shared drive way with fast food place. Staff were friendly.
