I did not like that they mixed smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor. They need to be on separate floors. You can smell the smoke if you are in a non-smoking room with a smoking room right next door.

There was an odd, musty smell in my room. It was not very pleasant. The establishment itself was kind of old. The highlight of my stay was the make-your-own waffle maker for the complimentary breakfast. The high speed internet was also a perk & worked great.

Asked for a Non Smoking Room and got smoking. They said there were no other options. Almost decided to go somewhere else and just lose my money. It was that bad. Price too much for the accommodations.

We stayed at Super 8 Gainesville while going to a game at the University of Florida. The rooms were nice and clean and staff was very friendly. We loved the fresh hot waffels they had for breakfast.

I called when I got into town to verify the address. The desk attendant barely spoke English and could not tell me how to get to the motel from my location which was inside the city limits. The room had a very musty smell. We ran the air conditioner to try to offset but to no avail.

We were visiting the University of Florida and decided to stay at Super 8 Motel. It was a good choice, close to UF. Hotel had a nice clean rooms and it was nice to get free wireless internet.

We only stopped to rest up on our way home, so really don't know of any amenities. The hotel seemed clean enough and was easily accessable from the highway. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean good location for college access, good value. Rear security door was broken and open all night. I stayed at this hotel when dropping my daughter off at college. It was easy to find and convenient to the school. The room was clean and carpet and paint were new. I only stayed in the room for a total of 10 hours but it was quiet at night and was a comfortable place to sleep. It was a good value and included breakfast. There were dogs in the hotel so I assume they allow pets. They did not bother me but careful if you are allergic. I will stay here again when I return for move-in/move-out.

Not bad overall. Was first given a smoking room, which being a nonsmoker would not work. Front desk worked to correct the problem post haste! Close to where we wanted to be to begin with.

I was really impressed with the ammenities I recieved for the amount of money this hotel was. Close to the University Of Floridas Stadium. It was very clean, and the staff was great. Will book here in the future.

Close to restaurants. The mattresses were much too hard to sleep on; we were tossing all night long. The tight staircase seemed too confining. The location is decent but parking is horrible! There couldn't possibly be enough parking for the guests especially since it is so close to the interstate and many travelers are hauling trailers or something similar. We had to park illegally and pray that no one hit our rental.

Was in town for very short business trip. Needed a place to sleep. Clean accomodations. Was in room between 10pm and 6am both nights. Quiet place on a Wednesday and Thursday. Breakfast needs serious help!!

Y only liked the location next to the freeway. The service was awful, no soap-no shampoo in the rooms, they didn't changed the beds in two days, kind of smell like humid. Our experience was totally awful, from the beginning until the end, first of all at the lobby we find out the health department closed the breakfast area, we saw the sticker attach to the door and also I went to the lobby a couple of times asking for towels, and soap, and they never bring the soap, I have to go again to get the soap and the shampoo, also I ask why they didn¿t changed the beds (fresh clean linen) and didn't fixed and they said that they only do that every 3 days stay, and we only have 2 day stay, I got in shocked when the lobby attendant told me that, we only stay there 'cause we couldn't find any other hotel in Gainesville (graduation weekend), and is our first time in a super motel 8 and out last time for sure. When I ask the lobby attendant about the breakfast included she said she couldn't ask that question for the moment, so the overall was a totally disaster.

I stayed at Super 8 and it was very nice. They were friendly in greeting us and the rooms was clean and they made sure we had towels and that the room was fresh. I would tell my family and friends about how we were treated. My dog enjoyed greeting other guest and their dogs too. So, we enjoyed very much.

Close to interstate. Door stuck. Clerk told us we could have gotten a lower price by booking directly with them. That was disappointing.

Free breakfast was very nice. Rooms smelled like smoke- towels/linens smelled too. This hotel is in a safe location and very close to 75. The free breakfast was a plus as there was several items to chose from. Rooms had fridge and microwave in them which was nice since we were there for 3 days.
