Clean and comfortable. Priced considerably too high for what it offered too basic for the price. This was tough to review. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was most accommodatingbut the price was simply too high for what was offered. We could get clean and comfortable for much less.

Location and cleanliness. Basic hotel room in a great location in Fruita. Morning coffee was excellent. Friendly staff. Facilities and room were very clean.

Dog run at the end of the building. Only two exits, at the ends of the two story hotel.

The staff was great. I loved this hotel. The room was nice and they put our whole family together.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. Nothing. Very nice hotel, a little out of junction, but really nice. Tub was cracked on the outside and made a little noise. Other than that hotel and stay were lovely.

Enjoyed the large size of the room, very comfortable. Smoking in hall of our non-smoking room. Our stay was very pleasant and the employees were all great. Clean and well kept up unit. Plenty of parking and convenient to many eating establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
