For the price, it was just fine. Entering and exiting the parking area. Courteous staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nothing elaborate, definitely in line with the price charged. Definitely satisfied considering my budget. I would stay here again.

When I checked in, the two girls at the front desk were not very helpful. It almost seemed like I was bothering them. When I did get into my room, it was old and very dirty. There was hair in my bed when I pull back the covers. It was a good price, but I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend this hotel to a friend.

Not in a very safe neighborhood. It isn't in a very safe neighborhood. Personally if I had known I would of stayed at the one across the street. They have a ballroom in the hotel so it was very load till 2am. The man at the hotel says they have an event every Saturday night in the ballroom.

Underground parking, good size room. Did not remove snow in a timely manner to the point where it was dangerous. It was a very snowy weekend, so I was thankful for the underground parking garage so I didn't have to dig my car out. However, snow removal did not happen in a timely manner so it made pulling in and out very dangerous. The rooms were surprisingly large, but the fitness center was a joke as was the breakfast.

Hotel was a dump. Very suprised that its listed by travel online. Rooms were dirty, carpet and all furniture was filty. Not worth it if they paid you to stay there!!!

Nothing. Nothing to say. It was snow all around butno salt in the driveway going to garrage which has steep down enterance. Very dirty and un safe access from garrage to lobby. No clear direction to go, not much light.

The worst motel I've stayed at! Dingy! Hallway foundation crumbling. Holes in walls. Chunks of carpet missing, heat registers mangled, open electrical wires hanging. Exit doors bolted shut with 2x12's & 2x6's. Ceilings re-sprayed. Plaster all over. Water damage, carpet extremely soiled. Deluxe continental breakfast! OOOOOKAY! I could go on! I have pictures! The neighborhood's another story. Major reconstruction needed by competent contractors. This place is a hazard. Super 8 and fire marshal need to visit. Should I go on?

Appointed nicely, with an attractive bathroom. In-room safe (good idea) didn't work. Alarm clock didn't work; replacement didn't work. TV remote not working. Pluses: Cheapest around Chicago and OK for the price. Staff helpful. Roomy room with comfortable bed. O'Hare jets loud but didn't disturb me. Minuses: In a gloomy area, spooky underground parking with wooden stairway to outside of motel that didn't look safe, i.e., good place to get mugged. Common areas trashed.

Room: Wires hanging out of a hole in the wall where a smoke detector should have been. Heater either too hot or blowing in outside air (cold-- around -2 F at night). No hot water in the shower. Bed mattress creaky and lumpy. TV reception very poor. Could hear every word spoken in the next room. Couldn't get a bath towel to save our lives: I ended up hiding the one they gave us so they wouldn't take it away the next day. But the best thing of all: there were 3 mouse turds in the corner of the bathroom. Every time the cleaning staff came in, they'd move them around a little, but never actually swept them up. Unless you're totally destitute, find somewhere else to stay.

Worst experience I've ever had. No hot water. Hallways had exposed concrete and carpet ripped up. Shuttle left me at convention center for 2 hours without picking me up.

Difficult to find at night- the sign was not lit. No coffee cups- had to use plastic water cups. Tub stopper wouldn't seal. The front desk employee's foreign accent was difficult to understand. Took a LONG time for the hot water to work. Bath towel had large holes. Very bad area- found out it is called "The Jungle" due to the large number of Hispanic gangs.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at any hotel. The counter person stayed on their cell phone for 15 min while I was standing there. I had to attempt to walk out before I got their attention. After getting the room, wow it was dirty, the ceiling was collapsing in the closet space. The furniture was all scratched up. The room was so bad that I did not stay. I was told that the room would be $* and would not be charged. But when I check with the credit card company, they had charged me $* and it took two days to clear it. NEVER STAY THERE

The price was low. Bad service, bad breakfast, the $20 deposit iron ruined a shirt. On the night I checked in I noticed there was no iron. I called the desk to find I had to give a $20 cash deposit and the second person behind the desk didn't work there, so I had to put my clothes back on and go down and get it myself. It had a layer of carbon or something on it and that came off on my shirt. Breakfast was bad. No receipt under my door.

... but my room never was clean up (I had asked not be disturbed my first morning there, but they didn't clean the room either the second morning). The room surroundings had debris from a rebuilding of some other rooms. The bath tub drainage in my room was blocked, besides, and the supposed cable tv had only a few channels, with an awful reception.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Only 2 lights in the room worked and only one working light in the bathroom, very loud disturbances. Hotel staff was very friendly. It was very nice to be so closely positioned to O'Hare airport. The fact that they offered free shuttle to O'Hare was nice as well. The room itself was a disappointment. Only 2 lights in the room worked (a lamp and a light on the wall) and only one light was in working order in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room (someone stole it?). There were very loud disturbances throughout the night (People yelling/a variety of other unsafe sounds). I expected more, but now I know better.

"Another Super 8 was full but they recommended this one. Everything about this hotel was terrible. The walls in the halls were moldy. The door to the adjoining room had space around it. The underground garage had many signs about ""Not responsible for damage or theft."" with no security and you had to go outside to get into the motel. The window in our room was to a stairwell that had a lot of construction equipment leaning against it. Recommend you stay away until remodeling is done!"
