THIS PLACE WAS NO GOOD. WE GOT OUR STUFF STOLEN, WERE TREATED LIKE WE WERE LYING WHEN WE BROUGHT IT UP WITH THE MANAGE, THE WHOLE PLACE STUNK, FIRE ALARMS WENT OFF 4 TIMES THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT, AND WE HAD TO DRAG OUR KIDS OUT AT RANDOM TIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. DO NOT STAY HERE

It was cheap. It appeared old and worn. For the price, this hotel probably met expectations. It was a place to stay, overnight, and nowhere near luxury. The foam mattress was less comfortable than others we've visited, and the bathroom was adequate.

First of all, the staff couldn't find my reservation. I waited about 15 minutes as the lady tried in vain to find it in the ancient system. Never did so she had to make a new one for me. Took forever for her to do that and make the room key. The room smelled old and dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable and i found a live roach crawling around on my bed. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was very simple. Overall you get what you pay for, maybe less.

Easy on and off the expressway. The staff was rude, and I never had my room cleaned in the 3 nights there. I would leave my room about 10:30 each morning and get back around 3 and my room was never cleaned the entire stay. Also the free breakfast really offered nothing and if even though it was offered until 9 am by 8: 30 the majority of the items were gone and were being put away.

Ease of access to freeway and Fort Carson. No pool, rooms run down and not in good shape. Ok hotel if you want close to the Army base and are not going to be in the hotel except to sleep. Rooms were run down and needed repairs in many areas. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Would not stay there again because we saw other hotels/motels in Colorado Springs that were nicer and had pools.

It was close to my destination. The room was not as clean as it could have been and the linens were not clean. The linens were dirty and dingy and the bed was like sleeping on the floor and squeeked every time you moved.

Convenient, cheap with a lot of great amenities. N/A The staff was real friendly, it was conveniently located, and a lot of amenities, a lot of space in the room, washer and dryer facilities were available. The hotel was clean and well kept. It was a great affordable price.
