This was an awful hotel, it was dirty, the staff was rude and not helpful at all. We stayed 2 nights,( i wouldnt have even checked in if i could have gotten a refund. we had 4 people in our room, we only got 2 clean towels the entire time.The toilet wouldnt flush,the phone didnt work and the in room coffee was broke. The pool had things floating around in it and was as warm as the hot tub should have been. The beds was on the floor.

How friendly the staff was while assisting my family with early check-in among other things. Great job. The rooms in the hotel were a little outdated and the hallways smelled. Overall my stay at the hotel was great for the price. The staff at this hotel was very friendly, and the only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the slightly outdated rooms and the small indoor pool.

There are much better choices in the area. This place has been poorly maintained, the bathrooms were dirty and/or smelly, overall poor housekeeping and the manager was rude. I looked at 2 rooms and left without staying. At least they are replacing a section of roof and some siding.

The Super 8 overall was fine. When staying in any hotel, don't hesitate to ask staff for clean towels and bedding. This particular weekend the spa was dirty, dirt was actually visible around the rim and the water was darkened. They offered a heated pool and spa didn't know the pool was as warm as the spa, not good on a hot day. However, the staff was friendly and quickly corrected any problems. Location was outstanding! Great food choices, minutes from entertainment and convenient local transportation. Downside: The booking fee was more than another nights stay at the hotel.

We arrived and tried to check in. We had plenty of money in our account but thier machine wouldn't take our card. "Sorry, next" was all we got. We went to an ATM and withdrew the money and went back and were greeted with smug rudeness. After checking in we proceeded to our room and found the dirtiest room I had ever seen. Dust layered everything. We turned down the bed to find hairs on our pillows. We will never stay here again. We have stayed at many Super 8's and have never had a problem. This tops all nasty, cheap, dirty hotels I have ever seen.

Available. Kids ran the halls all night. Your selections in "traveler" did not contain my description, which was "business with spouse. Typical economy motel.

This hotel was dirty! We found used soap in our shower and the desk manager argued that it had been cleaned! We found on the stool, but he insisted it was clean! Ten hours later they sent someone to simply spray the tub bottom and wipe it! We were nice the first three times we mentioned that the room needed cleaning, 5 hours later when they kept ignoring us we got kinda insisstent on having the room cleaned! The construction didn't bother us, but the dirty room and attitudes did!

Nothing. Confused staff, dirty, linens unfit, given room with person in bed, was occupied. I had previous enjoyed staying at this facility. However, now it is dirty, unkempt, with a confused staff. I was told not to use your booking service in the future when I ask about the Traveler's Rewards program. Continental breakfast was nasty and rooms very run down. Someone was in bed at one the rooms assigned. Unfortunately I walked in on this person. One of the staff was in the hall when this happened, and ask if I wanted another room? And how many persons were in the room that I had entered. Avoid this facility at all cost. I booked three rooms.

I could see the fireworks from my window. Bathroom was dirty, beds were not made, dirt on covered trash cans, etc. The most disgusting place I ever stayed. The bathrooms were not clean; we did not get clean towels in the morning. The beds were not made. There was 1/2" dirt on the covered trash can that we had to pass going to and from our rooms. Of the three rooms we booked, our sons had to stay two hallways over from us because one of the rooms was not ready when we got there. Staff was unfriendly, although they did make coffee in the make-shift lobby for us. After drinking our first cup of coffee, there was no more. I was embarrassed because I made the reservations for me, my son, my sister and her two sons, my mom and dad, and then my parents' long-time friends booked rooms to visit while we were there to surprise us. I'll never stay in a Super 8 Motel again.
