the rudest desk clerk a motel could have. If customer service was in her vocabulary she did not know how to use it. I would never stay there and I always use motel 8 and have great service and friendly people. NOT at this one

I came in for the night very late so I wasn't looking for alot of amenities. The room was clean, but the beds were hard as a rock which keeps me awake at night because I can't get comfortable even with my own pillow. So my stay wasn't the most pleasant since this stay was only a quick night to sleep while on the road.

More than one coffee packet was in the room when we arrived. The heater was extremely loud and didn't work well. I was cold, one thin blanket on bed. I will stay here again in a pinch but will probably try somewhere else next time around.

Good location and very friendly staff. Heat was difficult to control. I only stayed one night but I would not hesitate to return. The woman at the font desk was very helpful. My only negative point was the heating unit, It might have been my ineptness but I couldn't find a way to turn the heat down without turning it off for the night (which I did and was still very comfortable).

The location was convenient. The room smelled musty or like mildew. The air conditioner did not work well.
