Date of Stay: June, 2009

The hotel was rundown, but had a good location. The rooms needed a lot of work. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The guy at the front desk would not check me in for 10 minutes because they were in the middle of a shift change. The next guy actually tried to run my credit card after I already paid through Orbitz. After I told him that I paid through Orbitz, he gave my card back and said, "I can tell you are frustrated, I'll let you go now." Besides these issues, the stay was fine.

Clean and friendly. Not enough breakfast and quality was mediocre. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient location to college.

Thin walls, loud hallways and people in and out all hours of the night. Not good sleeping atmosphere. Great for college travelers, but not for the person who wants to sleep any at all.

We were in Fayetteville to get some tattoo work done at Brainstorm Tattoos and to see a Razorback baseball game.The hotel was very conviently located to everything.The room was small but provided everything needed.The only complaint...only two extremely small,flat pillows were provided and when requested extra none were available.

Friendly staff and cleanliness. Non smoking room but you could smell smoke odor in room and hallway. Nice hotel and helpful, friendly staff. The room was small but clean.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. I slept well. The only complaint was that one of the lamps did not work.

This hotel was cheap, but it felt cheap. It felt stale, it was older on the inside and breakfast was lackluster. It was just fine for one night in a cheap hotel. The location in Fayetteville is excellent.

Big room. Parking lot was full of tractor trailer rigs that crowded the parking lot. Everything was great except the big rigs made parking a little harder than it would of if they would of had their own parking lot.

The room was nice had desk and chair, recliner and refrigerator and coffee maker. The room was comfortable and clean. When we checked in the lady at check-in was real friendly to everyone who came in. The continental breakfast was excellent great choices.

Good location. The hotel is in a good location, and staff is friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and clean, but noise from other rooms was a problem due to the construction of the building.

The Motel 8 Fayeteville was perfect for our weekday plans. It was easy to locate as well as exit and return in the area.

Convenient location. No shuttle and bad breakfast. The hotel basically met our expectations. Needs an upgrade, but an overall comfortable place to rest your head, and very close to the stadium.

Location, price, cleanliness, safety. The floor squeaks (but it did not bother me). Nice hotel for travelers doing business, short stay. There is no swimming pool, which I did not need anyway. Good quality for price and great location for freeway access and central location in Fayetteville.

The people were very attentive to me and my family. They made special arrangements to suit our needs. We had an awesome stay. The staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was close and convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants. The only thing that we did not like was it did not have a pool.
