Excellent room for the price, clean, spacious and comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel twice within two weeks. The first night was okay. The room I stayed in had not been cleaned as well as it could have been as there were cocktail straws on the floor under the table. The second night (10 days later), the room was horrible. The toilet handle had to be held down in order for the toilet to flush, I had to put all of my weight on the front door in order for it to shut (I am a big person), and the heat did not work properly (it took me about an hour to get it to run). On the good side the prices were very affordable.

Great water and towels. No privacy screen/curtain for window, if you open the curtain anyone can see in. Don't walk barefoot on the floor. Most of the electrical outlets were hidden behind furniture, so it was hard to get to them to use my laptop or charge my phone. The climate control would have been better if it were temperature controlled, not heat/cool/fan etc. We could get the room warm, but there was no way to keep it warm without it getting hot.

Separate buildings. Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke and left my clothes smoke filled. Spotted rug needed cleaning a long time ago, and no smoking room reeked of smoke and made it hard to breathe, even with air on. People are nice and free Barbie-sized beer on arrival. Close to lots of food, gas, hwy. Quiet. Desert area, could have used a fridge, but the price was ok if the room hadn't smelled so bad.

Large clean quiet rooms. Would be nice if hotel desk were divided from casino because of cigarette smoke coming from Casino. Very nice and clean. The restaurant is excellent!

Convenient location. The front desk for check in/out is located in the smoke-filled casino. There is a convenience store next door on one side, and a casino and restaurant on the other side. The only gripe is that the casino is smoker-friendly with poor ventilation, and you have to go inside the casino to check in/out.

Restaurant food was good. Comfortable room. Cigarette smoke is killer in lobby and restaurant (comes inn from casino). The cigarette smoke will kill you if you have to go through the lobby and eat at the hotel restaurant. They do not close the door between the casino and the restaurant despite complaints of the obnoxious odors.

Simple and straight forward. Handicap accessibility in and out of the room was hard. Not bad if you're looking for a short stay-over. Would like to have had a small refrigerator in the room. The coffee pot was not really designed for anything but a standard coffee mug.

Clean, took care of basic needs. Would have liked a fridge in the room and the bathroom was a little awkward to negotiate. Decent place to stay for business travelers. The ice machine was a bit of a walk away. Food at the restaurant was good but a bit over priced.

Caring and attentive staff members. Food for carry-out in restaurant is quite good. Cigarette smoke in lobby, restaurant, and casino. Please! If you do not smoke, have asthma, or just find cigarette smoke objectionable, do not plan your stay in this hotel. The lobby, restaurant, and the casino are unbearable because of the cigarette smoking permitted there.

It was clean in the room, but could have used a little updating. It needed a little updating, but overall nice. It was nice, clean overall and convenient for our purposes.

Clean, convenient, and the heater worked well. (Overnight low was 21 degrees). Internet service greatly appreciated. Casino staff & registration people very friendly & helpful. Would have been nice if the attached restaurant (Heidi's) had 24 hour service. We will stay here again on our next trip to Fallon.
