It was a decent room at and it served my purpose for a one night stay.

Close to the event I was attending. To close to the main highway a lot of traffic noise. For the price, it was good and the location was very easy to access downtown.

Could not check out fast enough to go to another hotel. Was on ground floor and had an inch of water in bathroom.

The room was clean and fairly quiet. The breakfast was without English muffins or bagels to toast (noted above the container, Sorry, we're out of English muffins and bagels). I asked if someone might go to the store and supply what was listed and was promptly told, No. There was only one person tending the front desk between 8 and 9 am and the one person attending the desk was also in charge of making coffee which became secondary to the needs of persons at the front desk. The cereal to eat was approximately 50 boxes of Fruit Loops! No other choices, other than tiny little muffins. We are scheduled to stay there one more night and will give it a second and last chance, but I really doubt too much of a change. Some one really dropped the ball on this one!

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Nothing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Location was excellent.

Since the address of the Hotel was 1909 Airport Way, I incorrectly assumed it was near the airport. When I called to find out where it was, the clerk had no idea where I was (the most famous hotel/restaurant in the city)Smoking rooms are right next door to non-smoking rooms, I did not appreciate that, as I am not only not a smoker, but I have asthma. The rooms did not a coffee pots or hair dryers, and felt cheap looking, but I guess that is what I should expect from the price. I would not stay there again.

Location to amenities and working site. Burned out light bulbs were not replaced when requested. The facility was centrally located for the business we had, the winter price was fair, it was convenient to restaurants and other amenities, clean, and there were electrical outlets available for engine block heaters had they been necessary.

High speed Wi-Fi connection. Difficulty using key to enter room. After a short taxi ride from Fairbanks airport, I checked in. I had difficulty unlocking my room; other customers had the same problem. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a full bathroom, cable TV and free wireless internet connection. From 6am to 9am, the hotel offered a continental breakfast with juice, milk, coffee, English muffins, muffins and cereal. The central location allowed me to explore the city on foot. Overall I was pleased with my two night stay at Fairbanks Super 8.

Staff was not friendly, no extra pillows, poorly kept. Staff was not very friendly, not helpful even when coming to the front desk. The place seemed kind of depressing. I would not stay there again.
