The staff was nice. The walls had boogers and dirt on them in both rooms. This hotel needs some work on it cleaning painting disinfecting.

Nice motel located near the stadium. Complimentary American-plus breakfast is a nice surprise.

Nice hotel, but not great. Just minutes down the street from Churchill Downs. That is why we stayed there. Bathroom above us in second floor had leak, which leaked into our bathroom. Alot of kids hanging around outside, but this was on a saturday night and may have been there to go to Six Flags, also minutes away. Continental breakfast needs upgrading. Not bad though for *.

Hot water. No swimming pool/spa/gymnasium. Close to airport with busy intersection that's hard to maneuver. Left turns are impossible to main road (Crittenden Drive). Night shift had trouble with English. Extra towels no way. Cardinal Inn Restaurant across street over-priced and small portions; not children friendly. Never again, unless I get a death wish.

Nice accomodations very close to the fairgrounds. The staff was pleasant and very helpful - - I had somehow been booked for smoking, but they very quickly and easily moved me to non-smoking when I requested it.

It was close to six flags. The keys stopped working and the toilet overflows. Service very friendly, and helpful room was nice and comfy just the right size the only problems was the keys kept not working and the toilet overflowed and kept backing up.

Close to Uof L which is why we use it. Just the planes on Friday night. For the price it was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful.

Location was great. Dirty, outdated rooms. Hotel is good for location, but nothing else. Staff was rude and unhelpful. My question any restaurants in the area? Staff answers no. Had a trail of iron burns across the carpet. The king bed looked like a potato chip. Remote didn't work. Heater smelled like it was on fire.

Overall, it was clean and neat and conveniently located close to the airport, which is where I needed to be. The person on duty when I left was too busy talking on the phone to check me out properly.
