Was a place to sleep. The quality. I needed a place to stay for the night close to my meeting. This was close but it wasn't very clean.

This hotel was a joke. It was dirty, filthy and in a crime infested area. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Location is terrible. The hotel is unsafe, outside doors don't lock plus the fact its in a crime area. The place a dirty, rooms smelled like urine. This place needs condemned and torn down.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but I managed. There really wasn't that many people there when we checked which was late, and for some reason in the middle of the night you could hear people being really loud in the hallway. After that settled down, it wasn't too bad, until the morning. You could hear the people above you walking around and showering. When they showered our toilet ran. Our floor had a weird smell to it, also. I did not get the best nights rest, but it served it's purpose. Overall I would probably stay again.

I did not like the hotel. It was difficult taking a shower in cold water with no water pressure. I would stay somewhere other than this hotel, the next time I visit Springfield.

The rate was very reasonable; however, the room was rather run down and the bed was downright uncomfortable. Access from the street was very awkward. I guess you only get what you pay for...

Small, easy off/on from expressway. The lightswitches in the room were very dirty. The hotel was small and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. A small number of options but fresh. The staff was courteous. I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the light switches in the room and the floor of the bathroom.

They let me check in at 6:50am and check out at 7:00am without giving me any static. The room was picked up, but icky-dirty and run-down looking, esp. bathroom. Good for luxury, or even comfortable, clean accommodations. If run down and dirty for a night isn't an issue, it would work out. The location was very convenient, being right off the interstate and easy to find.

Easy check in. Toilet seats wobbled. This was a nice place if you just need a place to crash while in town, but wouldn't recommend it if you were looking for longer than a couple days stay.

Free wireless internet. Repaving of parking lot made parking a problem; I drove from south on 55 and originally went to the wrong Super 8. I was pleased with the Super 8. I arrived late (11 pm) and so was not able to use all of the amenities but still a nice hotel. It was convenient to the highway, but I saw a sign on I-55 that indicated Super 8, went to that hotel, and it was the South hotel. Paving of the parking lot left me blocked in upon checkout. Otherwise it was a nice but brief stay.

Bathroom was clean. The room had a smell to it. The bed sheets was old along with furniture. Dont expect too much for the room.

For the price, it had nice amenities, coffee in the room, free breakfast, and large, clear cable TV. The door cards did not work easily. Great value. Convenient for meetings in Springfield.

Thin mattress. We were hurrying to Milwaukee for a funeral. It was on the way and convenient. There was no ambiance to speak of.

Uncomplicated wireless internet access in room. Dirty upholstery and dusty behind furniture. The staff is fabulous, friendly, and enjoyable. Location is great, but the age of the hotel does show. However,it was value for money. Moving the furniture and cleaning the dust bunnies would go a long way. If you’re not picky about such things, and need an economical no frills place to stay, stay here. Not bad overall.

Convenient and comfortable. Just needed to stay one night. Hotel was clean and had good water pressure and hot water, all though we were up very early. Parking to room was close and location was ideal for our activity.

Comfortable beds. Key mechanism for door from parking lot was broke, no key needed to enter. Besides the door issues, the pop machine on our floor was broken.
