The hotel drive is on a dangerous curve, but it is quiet. The breakfast offers sparse choices but the waffles are quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, low cost, met my business needs. A little bit far from the city, and clock radio alarm didn't work. Clean. Well kept inside and out. Filled my needs well. I am not particularly hard to please, if bed is comfortable, plenty of hot water, easy to access and use wifi program, with easy to access electric out lets for computer use then I am satisfied. I am using room as part of my working needs so most any room is satisfactory. This one fit the needs and price was good.

The motel was easily accessible from I40 and there were several gas stations in the area. Although we arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, the desk clerks were very helpful and polite. The room and the motel lobby were clean and bright. The motel was well kept. The price of the room was reasonable and I would stay there again.

Room was of adeguate size for one person. No veiw, area mostly industrial but many resturants. Sort of far away from downtown Knoxville but with expressways about 10-15 mins. No major attactions near hotel. No shopping, no excercise areas near.

Shower pressure wasn't that great. But plenty of hot water for 3 showers in a row!

Right by I-40. Plenty of gas and eats nearby. Clean room. Bed had a ridge in the middle right where I sleep :-) Vending is hidden all the way around back. Our 1st room smelled like a dirty armpit. Got a 2nd room and the odor was the same. Carpet was new, which I think caused the odor. Could find no other reason for it in 2 different rooms 6-doors apart. Assume new carpet smell and you have youselves a WINNER!! I'd go back for the price.

Very nice for the price. Everything was fine. This hotel is very good for the price. All rooms have micro/fridge, the bed was good, the TV good, the room clean and quiet, as with most hotels, a little wear and tear, but well maintained. would recommend.

Room was above average for the price I paid. Nothing in the immediate area of hotel for entertainment. Hotel was adequate for the price paid. I would use it when traveling by myself, but not for family outings.

The room was clean and had all amenities. It also had internet access. The maid called our room on the first day before noon. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. All amenities and extras were in room as stated. The continental breakfast had a good variety.

The room was recently remodeled, it looked nice. The room smelled strongly of mold and then another scent to try and cover the mold smell. We were at this hotel for two nights. When entering the room it looked nice (newly remodeled). Then the smell hit you. This was the stinkiest room I have ever been in. The smell of mold and whatever they used to cover that smell was awful. I slept with the sheet over my face to filter the air.

Nothing. Front door stuck, bathroom door toilet broken room dirty. Not my exceptions of hotel, Front door broken hard to open I think police broke door at one time could see day light when closed. Bathroom toilet seat broken, bathroom door was forced open and room was dirty, bed sheets had food and debris when changed lights in room had to be shanked to work or use flashlight stayed 5 days and left! Paid over price better off cheaper hotel near by. For 29.00 per night.

Hotel was convenient located to the UT campus and Knoxville Zoo. Right off I_40 Did not have anything negative. hotel was well maintained and was right off of I-40. It was about 6 - 10 away from UT Campus and the Knoxville zoo. This is about as close as you want to be on Football weekend.
