Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were very small, basic. Older property with room heating/cooling units. Room was so small, barely room for two adults to move about. Few TV channels and minimum breakfast, cereal, sweet rolls, coffee.

We have stayed in many Super 8's over the years and this was the worst one by far. The rooms were tiny and the towels were so thin you could see through them. Not to mention the towels were so small the barely covered anything! The continental breakfast consisted of a couple of doughnuts and cereal which was picked up by 9am completely. Staff was also not overly friendly. I will say that the rooms were fairly clean.

Nothing, the women at the front desk was absolutely unfriendly. Not honest.

The information says this hotel was built in 1991 but it seems much older. The lobby is tiny and seconds as the breakfast room. The breakfast was mostly toast and donuts. The staff was poorly trained. Maybe an owner who can't afford to hire help and doesn't like it the business anymore. The bed and room was minimal. The shower screamed at me throughout my shower. Took the train to the Grand Canyon on our second day and my son (10) will probably remember it longer than the canyon.

I just dint like anything about this hotel. The staff, the room, the breakfast, overall bad experience. The hotel staff was very unfriendly and rude to the customers. They were not courteous, very bad treatment. I had a very bad and rough experience which spoiled my vacation.

The room is small. The price is decent. A small continental breakfast that is easy to get to. In a nice quiet area with polite but matter-of-fact management. If you are looking for an affordable room near the Grand Canyon, this may be right for you. But I would get nearer the Canyon next time.

The bathroom was clean. The city was doing prescribed fires. I woke up with smoke in my lungs daily.

Made a stop here on our way to Grand Canyon. OK for a 1 night stay. Clean rooms and nice folks. Got to the hotel at around midnight. Was surprised to read from some literature that the historic downtown was just a mile away. Make a detour to see it if you have time.

Outside and inside this is acharming 1st class hotel with a lot of ambiance. The wall unit heater and thermostat did not have ease of use and the blower was noisy and was on constantly. What a great looking building very quaint, good color nice grounds and excellent location. Room was small, but very nice & bathroom exceptional & all very clean. Great closet & safe outstanding touch. Nice window with view of side lawn with doe & fawns grazing. Wonderful overall experience, thanks.

This Super 8 has been completely refurbished. The carpeting appears brand new, the walls are newly painted and the bathrooms have new floors and appliances. The outside building appears to be older, but the accomodations inside are very nice and comfortable. Even the lock on the doors are all newly fitted "card" type locks. This hotel was smaller (2 floors) and there was no elevator which would make it difficult for anyone who could not navigate the stairs. The pool is small. The breakfast had very few choices (cherrios, toast, and a few donuts). I would stay here again. I felt safe and the room was very new in appearance and clean. They had wireless internet access in the rooms that had a strong signal. They must have had two access points because I could choose between the two. Overall a very good experience

Good internet connection, good housekeeping service. Room floors squeak a lot, everything in the room (from carpet to soap) is the cheapest material, an ugly employee accommodation blocking forest view. I would never stay in this hotel again. The floor is squeaking, you can see all the hotel furniture and all the room belongings are the cheapest possible. I wonder why they built an ugly employee accommodation right between your window and the beautiful forest. You wake up and want to see the pine forest, instead you see an employee hanging around drinking coffee in front of an ugliest employee building (big butterflies and ugly artificial flowers are decorating the front wall). The only two good things; very good housekeeping service and a good internet connection. If you are just a businessman staying one night on the way, yes maybe I would recommend.

"The desk clerk was so friendly and helpful that she made our stay very pleasant. She had a big smile when we walked in, chatted with us during check-in, gave us helpful info about the area, on taking the train to the Grand Canyon, the weather, and even gave us a handwritten list of her favorite restaurants, including hours, food offerings and how to get to each one. Good Location. The towels had brown stains and I can hear the person above our room walking, we didnt sleep very well because the noise. It looks like somebody clean a little soccer player boy after a game in the mud with the wash towels, fold it and put in the room.

Cleanest place I have ever stayed in! One of the male managers was way too stressed! Great motel and I will recommend to others.

In and out with no hassels. Too few and too small towels. The hotel perfectly served our needs and we would stay there again if ever in the area.

Did not like this hotel at all. Rude and cheap. Staff and location was horrible. Very cheap looking. This hotel looked like two manufactured homes stacked on top of one another. Not at all what I expected of a super 8 hotel. I actually stayed at another hotel at the Grand Canyon, because my girlfriend felt uncomfortable at this hotel.
