After a long flight and a long drive I was kind of surprised by how long it took to check in. This wasn't a horrible experience by any means and the clerk continued to apologize. If there was one thing I could change it would be that. Otherwise, the trip was fine, I slept well and found all the accomodations adequate.

The bed was big. TV remote didn't work and hot tub fits one person uncomfortably. First thing I see when I walk-in is that the whirlpool is nothing more than 2 feet deep and when used, the water looked a pale green. The TV remote was not set properly to the TV and the help didn't know how to fix it. I fixed it myself later. When asked to get some pillows, they instructed my girlfriend to go up to the front desk and did not bring them to us. The price for the suite hotel is not worth it. The bed was big though, but that was about all you got out of this suite.

Location. No one at the front desk. I stay at this hotel only because it is close to family. It is usually clean, but there is rarely someone at the front desk which causes patrons to wait around a lot.

I liked the friendly staff. There were no pens or paper in the room. Although the price is a little high, this is the place to stay if you're looking for a convenient location, friendly service, and a clean room.

Close to the highway. Dark parking lot/entrance. Overall a good buy.
