Close to the airport. Whole place seemed dirty and rundown.

I've stayed at other Super 8's with pretty good results but they should be ashamed of this one. Not clean, not good service,.......pretty much not good anything. The free high speed internet is a computer in the lobby in plain view of everyone with a 20 minute posted limit. I specifically chose this hotel becuase they advertise wireless high speed which is completely a lie. I also opted for the suite upgrade to have a little extra room/workspace to do some business....but the suite upgrade isn't even noticible. A small table with 2 chairs off to the side of the bed hardly qualifies as a suite. They don't specify sq ft from a normal to suite upgrade but it can't be very much. Overall a complete disappointment and rip off. Anything promised will be at the lowest minimum standard and providing just enough so that you can't sue them. Make reservations and stay somewhere else if at all possible.

I checked in, took a bag to the room, looked around and checked out. I would not stay here. I did NOT feel safe. Corridors are narrow, dirty and scary. Room was old and nasty!. Stains on the sheets. I didn't even look in the bathroom, I just wanted to get out.

We just stayed one night here on our way to Mexico. It was an okay stay. Very small rooms and not the best of the best but it was okay.

Real convenient. The beds were really hard, there was no alarm clock, and when we turned on the heat it stunk horribly. I had a few problems in the hotel. When I turned on the heat it stunk horribly, so I had to turn it off. The bath tub water wouldn't drain. There wasn't an alarm clock in the room andI didn't like that I had to use my cell phone for an alarm clock. The location of the hotel was real convenient.

The signs all around reminding you to lock your car doors reinforce an immediate sense of unease about the safety of the property. I was so uncomfortable leaving my car there that I moved it. The inside of the building has a damp, musky smell to it. The room looked dirty and tar-stained, and my bathroom was in filthy and in disrepair. There was a rusty tack jutting out from the carpet between the bathroom and the main room. I stepped on it twice by accident. I would never stay there again.

I would have liked a room that didn't smell of smoke.

People are great but the rooms are terrible, carpet is old torn smelley. Toilet paper & towels feels like sandpaper. The owner of this motel should renovate& make is a real star hotel.

Horrible experience with this hotel! Room was filthy, half the lights didn't work, dead outlets. No screen in the window, so bugs constantly got in. Bathtub faucet leaked. Would have had a more restful night's sleep on the floor; bed was rock hard. No microwave, fridge, or safe key. Elevator smelled bad and only ran once in a while. Room did have a fantastic view, and hotel was in a fantastic location, close to downtown. Just about the only good things I have to say here. Definitely got what I payed for...

The Super 8 in Salt Lake City although the location was good the facility was dirty.Entry doors were missaligned requiring a hard pull to open.Carpets dirty and rolled up on the corners which would be a hazard.Employees not dressed in what I would consider proper attire.Cracked walls around the tub area.Wireless internet service slower than dial up.

Highly disappointed. Everything. Next time I will stay anywhere else. After we checked in, we went up to the room to find the maids were just starting to clean the room from the last guest. After walking into the bathroom I noticed part of the ceiling hanging off. We had to plug in all the lights. I have never stayed in a place where you have to plug in the TV and lastly the air was not working.

My room stunk like smoke, and ciggarette burns on rug and bedding. It was suppose to be non smoking. Seems only non smoke when I stayed there. And no lighting in bathroom.

Close to were we went. Construction, smell, nasty, horoable, staind, dirty, lack of security. This hotel was under construction, the elevator jerked, moved and squeeked the smell was horrorible, the rooms were not clean, the food was dry, the doors were left ajar for anyone to get in, the late afternoon desk clerk was not very helpful (could be a new employee), the location was very descent to downtown and other places we needed to get to other than that I was afraid to shower or sleep there.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the employees at the front desk, they were all very helpful. And the breakfast was nice- bagels cereal and all the regulars.

N/A The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The location was very good. The bed itself was fairly uncomfortable, and the pillows went completely flat the second you put your head down. I recommend bringing your own if possible. The bathroom was fairly nice, and the hotel is being entirely remodeled. Also, we booked a room with a king bed, and after check-in, found it was a queen sized bed and the front desk clerk said they didn nothave any king beds.

Location. Cleanliness. Hotel was in poor condition. Cleaning staff wasn't very proficient. Was in good location for our purpose though.

The staff was friendly and the price was very low. The room smelt like sewage for 2 out of 3 days we were there. I went to this hotel not expecting much, it was the cheapest place I could find and that's what I needed. On the good side the room was clean and the staff was friendly. We had good AC and cable. On the bad side this part of downtown Salt Lake isn't very safe in my opinion, we took a mile walk and I wouldn't have ever walked it alone. The rooms were not very sound proof and we could hear people above and beside us. Also the last two days we were there our room smelt bad, almost like sewage.

The staff was friendly. The wireless internet was spoty at best and the cable was extremely bad. There was a lot of renovating going onwhich would explain the look. But there were no signs explaining the current conditions. It is my option that once that is done, this hotel will be really nice.

It was close and convenient to the Convention Center downtown. It was ghetto-tastic. The clientele were a little creepy, but the hotel staff was actually very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was of the cars parked outside and the breakfast was awful, but it was cheap for being in down town SLC. I could walk or take the bus/Trax train conveniently.
