Great location, great price for all that was offered. Enjoyed everything great view of the water.

Close to Dover Downs Raceway. Appearance, dirty rooms/halways, faulty toilets (in all 3 rooms). I would not recommend it to anyone until it is cleaned up and taken care of.

New renovations which brought cleaner rooms. No restaurant/bar. The new owners did a nice job of renovating rooms and grounds. For the price it is a good hotel for short term stay. With the demolition of the back building we are afforded a nice view of Silver Lake. A lack of a restaurant/ bar could be a downfall but the hotel's location on the main drag easily makes up for this.

Location was great. Uncomfortable beds could be cleaner, cricket problem. The hotel was pretty much what I expected for a 1 star.
