Nice hotel with friendly staff, just minutes from Disneyland. The only problem was parking, very small parking lot with not enough spaces and hardly enough space to drive around. But overall a very good experience at this hotel.

Good staff and clean rooms. Need to up grade the TV's and get cable for the kids.

You are technically across the street from Disneyland if you don't take into acount the perimiter fence that is designed to make you hike an extra 3/4 of a mile to the entrance. They offer a continental breakfast, but one look at the meager offerings make's you wonder if they really mean the continent of Africa. I arrived to the buffet around 7:30 and was greeted by a cornucopia of dispair. There were only two bread slices left, (end pieces at that) various jams and jellies (enough to feed hundreds), butter patts, a bin stocked to the rim with Fruit Loops, but no milk. Plenty of an orange colored liquid that I assumed to be OJ.

We checked in at 11 at night. The room doesnt lock. it was gross. The breakfast is 1 kind of cereal and either toast or old dried donuts. It was GROSS. I dont reccommend this hotel to anyone. I am still waiting on my refund

The Super 8 on Disneyland Drive was a complete disappointment. Our room was not very clean. The bathroom looked like it was a remodeled storage room. The comforters had stains and tears. The towels were so thin you could see through them (dingy, too.) It was difficult to get any sleep because you could hear all outside noises plus all neighbors. The first night the water pressure was bad but we managed. The second day, there was no water pressure so we informed the front desk. When we still had not heard anything 20 minutes later, I went back to the front desk and asked what the status was. I was informed that the handyman would be in later in the day. I told them we just needed to shower so we could check out and leave. They gave us a key to a disgusting smoking room but at least we were able to shower. The breakfast was gross. The cheapest possible foods they could find.

Nothing sorry. No parking, one elevated. Icall the front desk ask for towel, she told me go drown stair to laundry, the laundry guy didn't speak English, soI didn't get any, coffee maker wasn't working, no cable TV, no parking space.

This was the second time I've stayed at this motel and I will gladly stay there again. The staff let us check in about 6 hours early without any extra fees or fuss. I was very pleased. They also allowed us to store our luggage in a storage room for several hours after check out as we had a late evening flight. The beds were very comfortable with pillowtop mattresses. The location is also pretty close to Disneyland. It's about 1-1.5 miles from Downtown Disney or an easy 20 minute walk.

Our Room Flooded from above, 2nd room smelled, taxi drivers did not want to service the area or motel, not safe, handicap access void, no phone service after giving a deposit for one, NO shuttle to disneyland as promised, no food within walking distance, dirty rooms and linen. Booking service would not refund for two billing cycles...if we didnt stay there we would loose our vacation with family. We are on a retired fixed income. Worse place I have ever seen. We operate a dog kennel I would rather sleep in!

Positives: The room was clean. The beds were comfy and the furniture and carpet were clean. It was within walking distance to the Disneyland Tram, however, a little far for little ones. The staff faxed some documents for me for no charge and allowed me to park in their parking lot after we checked out the last day so we could enjoy a half day at Disneyland. We were able to see the Disneyland fireworks from the motel. Negatives: When we returned to the motel late at night, there was no parking. The staff accommodated, but I did not like having to deal with a place to park so late at night. The fridge was not on when we arrived, so I had to leave my food in my ice chest until the next day. The continental breakfast was mainly donuts and toast. It was a zoo in the dinning area and there was not enough food to feed the masses on an ongoing basis (we had to wait). The pool was acceptable, however the large family that was in the pool was rude and I expected staff to take care of it since they were able to see what was going on from the office. Overall: I would recommend this motel.

The rooms were very clean. The TV was old and snowy. Continental breakfast was average at best. The hotel was 5 blocks from Disneyland which proved very convenient. Continental breakfast was mediocre and needs improvement. The TV was old and the horizontal needs to be fixed. The beds were comfortable because we prefer a firm mattress. The nightly view of the Disneyland fireworks was well worth the stay.

I have to say mostly good things, but I would not stay here again. The room and bath seemed clean. The room had a ventilator that did a poor job of bringing in fresh air. The rooms were big enough for our family of four. The room and bath had fairly fresh paint, not always where it should be, but things were kept in good repair. The towels and washcloths were scratchy and thin, something easy to maintain in my mind. The pool was unheated in Feb. but the jacuzzi was on and hot, the kids cajoled me into jumping into the pool too. The continental breakfast ran out of one of two cold cereals and donuts. Bread to toast, coffee, milk and juice were the only other items provided. Asking for replenishment worked one day of three. There was construction- refurbishing of some rooms, where drywall dust was not swept from the parking lot and was tracked all over. Noise was easily transmitted, we stayed on the second floor and were awoken at 4:30 AM the first morning by someone repeatedly walking heavily back and forth above us. The walkway in front of the rooms also transmitted the running back and forth. Yes, 10-15 minutes to walk to the Disney tram, and the tram is free. For the 12 dollars a day saved by walking (not paying for parking), I could have found a better place. A better selection of breakfast items and an attendant to keep things refilled would have kicked this into the good deal category for me.

We were able to park one car at the hotel, and take the other to Disneyland parking (not walking distance after walking all day.) Two queen beds - clean bathroom. Room had nice sized portable refrigerator. Front desk very friendly (xxxx helped us) - he even took our picture! Night clerk gave us extra towels. Light continental breakfast included. Great place to call it a night and sleep. Great deal for the money.

Our stay in Super 8 Motel was great, the rooms are big and comfy, and the staff is very friendly and they are always happy to help, for the value is a great option for the families that are going to Disney.

Location. Traffic a little loud/small bathroom. The traffic on the street was a little loud until about 10:30pm. I would stay there again.

Although the staff was very friendly and very helpful, I was disappointed in the description. I was under the inpression that the hotel was right across the street from Disneyland entrance, not just the property. It took us 15 minutes to walk and then catch a tram. I chose this hotel because I thought it was right across the street and we didn't have a vehicle. My daughter had recently had surgery on both feet and the walking distance was too far. Also not mentioned was the fact that there are also no food establishments within walking distance. We had to order in or eat at Disneyland for every meal. The hotel did provide complimentary continental breakfast which was great and information for ordering in. I just wish I had known it wasn't food accessible for someone without a vehicle.

Second time at this hotel and I am totally sold on this place. This time came with husband and 2 kids. It was a last minute decision to stay. My kids got car sick and we ended up getting to the park very late so we decided to get a room. The room was clean and big. As with most hotels, the carpet was a little dirty. There were 2 queen beds. We had to do laundry and get overnight supplies so we asked the girl at the front desk and she gave us directions to a Target. Even though there is no adjacent restaruant, there are many great places to eat within driving distance. We got Tony Roma's carry out and ate in our room while we used the hotel's washing machines. It worked well and locked while it was washing so nobody could tamper with our laundry. There were 2 dryers and washers so there was no wait. The room had a larger size fridge and microwave so we were able to buy milk and juice and even freeze water bottles for the next day at the park. We bought popcorn at the Target and had microwave popcorn for the kids while they watched cartoons. There was a soda and ice machine right out side our door. We had a little spill on the bed and the girl at the front desk got us all new linens right away. This hotel is great for family trips. We felt like we were at home. Very comfortable with everything you need. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. It's definatly not "walking distance" to the park with kids but for 60 a night and the level of amenaties, it's totally worth the short drive.

I somewhat liked this hotel. My only problem was that it had kind of a weird smell when you would walk in.

Close to Disney. Breakfast was not very good, beds were hard as rocks. Good for the location, really close to Disneyland. Bring a mattress pad beds are hard as rocks. Do not sleep in the rooms on the bottom floor maids are really loud in the morning apparently they do not realize people sleep in past 7am on their vacation. They need to stop shouting and talking so loud that people can hear them through doors. Very clean. Would stay there again, just not on the first floor.

Big & spacious room with Comfortable beds. Friendly & Helpful staff. 3minutes drive to Disneyland, near to department stores...we will certainly be back again. only one thing, the breakfast menu was just cereals & bread, but it's really not a big deal for the reasonably cheap price that you are paying... : )

To those thinking about staying there, whatever you do don't walk. It is a two mile walk to the maingate. invest in the shuttle passes. the room was horrible, there was mold in the bathtub and on the mirror. I was afraid to bath my toddler in there. Not to mention the ants that decided to show up all over the sink. I will never stay there again!
