Its proximity to all the placesI needed to visit and downtown Sacramento. It's right by a major roadway andI could hear trucks and heavy motorcycles downshifting and accelerating even in the early mornings. Staff is friendly and will assist if you ask. Basically, you get what you pay for and work around what negatives are of the situation.

One block to Discovery Park on river. Able to ride bike to Old Sacramento, downtown mall and Capitol in minutes along river. Right off I-5.

Nothing atall. I took pictures of the filthy unmaintained facility that this was. It is also hazardous to your health. You wold be better off sleeping outdoors than to stay at this hotel. The drapes had large holes in it. There was mildew around the bathroom floors and walls. I almost fell in the shower because of no slip guards. The mattress felt like a box and direct outside the room was a storage shed with all types of tools outside. The only reason I stayed there was because it was 1am in the morning and I had driven 10 hours to get there.

We stay here in Nov. 2006 and when we woke up in the moring the bathrooom sink area was covered in ants they were coming out of the walls. I went to the front desk and told them all they could say was sorry. I will never say here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking spotwas relatively small.

"This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are being repaired, the location is on a curve on a busy road with the freeway right next to it. The staff do not speak english and you have to use a phone to get what you need. They make you sign a financial agreement to pay the room if your booking agent doesn't pay. The rooms smell like urine and the parking is terrible, I would rather drive out of Sacramento than stay at this place again."

Easy to find. This hotel was easy to find, but location was right on freeway on ramp. Very dangerous for families with kids. Bathroom accommodations were very rundown and smelled. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

"The room was very dirty, unable to get early checkin (prior to 1 o'clock), no one was working the front desk in the morning for check-out"

Price and location, courteous staff. Old smelly pillows, and noisy room.

"This is the worst place. The person who was working was very rude during check in and I had a friend picking me up for dinner. He harrased my friend and wouldnt let him on the property. Then called me in my room and harrassed me for having a visitor. The room could have used a good cleaning. I used to stay here frequently and it was a nice, clean establishment. I dont know what happened to it. Maybe there are new owners? I just know I will never waste my money on this place again."

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The parking lot was extremely small with very small spaces.

Landscaping was very good. Free continental breakfast was good. Front desk staff were less than helpful. Adequate one star hotel. Near downtown and Discovery Park. Motel 6 next door is just about the same and ten dollars cheaper however.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind. There were some hairs in the shower. This hotel was pretty much what I expected from a one starmotel. I do wish thatall the hair from the previous guests in the shower. That was kinda gross. But there was a bed, some chairs, a table, TV with HBO, and the heater worked really well, which was nice, because it was freezing outside.

Nothing. Room, location, staff andguests. The staff was not willing to go the extra mile, dirty blanket, sheet and pillows were in poor condition. To begin with, dim lit location, room smelled.

Friendly manager, spacious parking, wonderful heating/cooling temperature control. Cobweb in closet area, vacuuming wasn't thorough.

Friendly staff. Hard to pull out of hotel driveway hard to see vehicles coming around bend. I really enjoyed my stay, friendly staff, clean rooms.

It was ok. Too far from downtown. Fair.
Date of Stay:

Easy access to downtown Sacramento. Tight parking, small eating area. Room was neat & clean, parking was definitely not for a larger vehicle. Desk agent was personable, efficient. Small dining area, esp. if you travel with kids. All in all, a good motel for what I was doing.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
The manager was nice and genuine. Unsecured toilet seat, holes in sheets. The manager was helpful and kind, the room was not feeling especially clean. There were tears/holes in the sheets and a broken toilet seat. We went for the economy so I guess it's our fault. Would not stay there again. We have stayed at super 8 motels before and not had these conditions.
Date of Stay:

The front desk was friendly. The outlets didn't work, the TV was snowy, the fridge didn't work. The only things work in the room were the faucets and the lights. TV and the refrigerator do not work, the hair drier does not work and only one outlet by the stand was working.
