The staff was friendly and the location was great. My stay was so short that there was nothing I found unsatisfactory.

Location and friendly staff. Problems with the room. They told us that they were working on the A/C while we went out. We ended up having to move to another room about 11:00 at night. The reasons, the phone did not work, the A/C did not work(the fan put out a burning smell and did not blow any air), The tub drain leaked. The new room had no frig which they put one in for the 2nd day. They did respond to us but said they could not give us a discount as we had paid a 3rd party and could not change anything.

Cheap, pleasant worker at front desk. Dirty, old, smelly room. Front desk worker not able to switch us out of a smoking room. The hotel, as well as our room, was not updated and dirty. We were given a smoking room. That was it - no choices in room selection, beds, nothing what-so-ever. The room had popcorn remnants on one of the beds, the room stank, the carpet was barely vacuumed, the bathroom needed to be painted and there were cracks in the wall. My daughter and I stayed just one night, actually only about 14 hours, but by the morning - I couldn't stand the smell any longer! I propped a cooler in the door to get some fresh air! The workers at the hotel were nice but the the facilities were in poor shape.

It was reasonably priced, clean and quiet at night. There was nothing particularly not to like, it was what we expected.

Staff were friendly generally clean except for the part that were showing aging effects i.e. rust and chips. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke and had a dish. Older building, with attempts to look freshened up i.e with wallpaper border, etc. Room smelled of smokers.

Breakfast. Not clean, damp in the room, smelly. This hotel is a very poor quality hotel. Our "non smoking" room smelled of smoke covered with flower air freshener, there was an ashtray and matches in our non-smoking room. The toilet was clogged. The room with air conditioner on, was damp and humid. Could not sleep. Poor quality all the way around.

Convenient location. Noisy, minimal maintenance. Our room was next to a meeting room that had been previously scheduled. It was noisy all evening. There were other rooms available when we checked in. The next night an unmonitored party was in the room above that went on all night. In general the Super 8 motel chain has deteriorated to a 1 star economy chain.

The staff was excellent breakfast was good convenient location. Bathroom was small. Rooms could be updated. Overall for the price I'd stay again despite it not being a non-smoking hotel. Its in a convenient area close to the interstate and shopping. All the staff members I met were so nice and hospitable. They went out of there way to be helpful like printing directions for us to a place we wanted to go in the city. If you decide to stay I'd call them directly first you will probably get a better rate.

Very clean and very comfortable everything we needed. Can't find negative. Very satisfied for the money spent. Clean with plenty of room. Easy access to towns. Breakfast bar adequate. No complaints whatever.

It was quiet. Strong smoke odor in hallways and even faintly in our non-smoking room. We mostly needed a place to sleep and only used the room for that. It was neat and clean and very quiet. Even though there are designated smoking/non smoking rooms, they were interspersed among each other instead of segregated. This allowed the offensive smoke odor to permeate everywhere. That was my only dislike.

Located close to stores and restaurants. Not much choice at continental breakfast. Room located next to smoking room. We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The desk clerk was very friendly. Very plain hotel with no special features. In comparison to other hotels.

Very nice and kind to children I really liked the hotel.The rooms were big and comfortable I recommend it highly
