It had everything I needed and was affordable. It was clean, comfortable and well kept.

Room smelled like there had been a smoker, though marked as a smoke-free room. Coffee pot had not been cleaned from previous occupant. A/C took forever to cool the room. This was the cheapest, junkiest room I have ever stayed in for the price I paid.

Convenient off interstate. Not too much around there for dining choices. Hotel was average. AC didn't seem to be working properly. There were not too many choices for dining in the area.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The toilet ran all night, shower went back and forth to scalding to freezing and TV speakers were busted. I was very unhappy with my stay at this hotel also the air-condition units were turned off after each guest so the rooms were very warm and took a long time to cool down if it ever did. The units were also very loud in the room. We only stayed in this room one night and we were all ready to leave sorry to say this was probably the worst stay in a hotel I have had in a while.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The rooms were not very clean and the hotel was overbooked. I have stayed on the beach with beach access in places like Dayton, Sarasota, etc., for the same amount of money. They also were very clean, this one wasn't. I had a little trouble regarding booking my reservation but the night desk clerk took very good care of me and made necessary accommodations for me, that was good. Also, it appeared to me, that this particular hotel has high employee turn over being as the lady who did help me did not have adequate training nor any obvious back up help. Good thing that she has a lot of common sense and can think on her feet, that was impressive. Overall, I think this hotel is over priced, unclean and understaffed. If they could improve on the cleanliness and train the employees so that they are more effective then the price for a night stay would be more in line with what they have to offer, otherwise they may want to think about lowering the rates to fit what they do have to offer, which is not very much.
