The Super 8 Miamisburg/Dayton South has 60 rooms and offers the amenities of a larger hotel, while maintaining a bed and breakfast atmosphere. We are quietly located just seven miles south of Dayton at Exit 44 off I-75, 1 quarter mile west of the highway. Our rooms were renovated in 2003. We offer Complimentary Continental Breakfast including Belgian Waffles, Fresh Fruit, Hot and Cold Cereal, Assorted Breads, Breakfast Beverages and many other breakfast favorites. Complimentary Hospitality Room available with your own food and beverages welcome.
Offering you your choice of Deluxe Accommodations including Free High Speed Wireless Internet, Voice Mail, Free Local Calls, Coffee maker, Iron and Board, Hair Dryer and Cable TV. We welcome pets in some rooms with a small fee. Looking for a longer stay, we have weekly rates available. Our complimentary Business Center is conveniently located in the hotel lobby. We can also accommodate meetings for 40 pp Theatre Style, 30 pp Classroom Style, 20 pp U Shaped and 24 pp Conference Style. AV Equipment prices available upon request.

Window in the room would not close. Phone didn't work. TV channel selections lousy. Hallway smelled of smoke. Staff were pleasant, but it was clean the owner was not putting any money back into the rooms to keep the paying guests happy.

Coffee pot, fridge, windows wereopen/close. Pillows were too thin, no ice machine. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was in a quiet spot not far from the highway. The shower was fantastic.

The people working there were very rude and not friendly, if you ask them a question they react as if you did something wrong. They room was never cleaned. The room and the hotel they were good for the money paid but i would not stay there again.

"This hotel is convenient to our son's house as well as to the Dayton Mall. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are clean. It is also very reasonably priced. We have now stayed there twice and will stay there again when we visit our son."

The employees were very friendly, it was quiet. The halls looked nice, but the rooms looked cheap, hard bed. Our room smelled very badly of smoke, and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bed was very hard. The sheets came off when you sat on it, and the comforter didn't look like it had been washed in a long time. I didn't sleep well at all.

Breakfast was ok. It is pretty run down, stains on the ceiling, air conditioner sounded like a 747, no internet connection, etc. The continental breakfast was ok and location was convenient to I75, although there was a topless bar right across the street. All in all, I would not want to stay here again.

Needs updating and some repairs, but clean with a friendly staff Bathroom ceiling looked like it might collapse Clean, but older. Could use some renovation. Recently bought out by Motel 8, so things may change soon.

The Rooms smells like a dirty old musty man. It's and older hotel. Decent quality. Kind of dingy on the inside. I do like the fact that it has refrigerators and microwaves in some of the rooms. That's a big plus.

Everything was excellent about this hotel--it was clean, hotel staff friendly, above my expectations for a 2 star hotel! I was a little leary, as this was a 2-star hotel and not a "name brand" hotel. But the room was nice, very clean, all of the staff was very nice and helpful, very good continental breakfast. Great experience and more than I expected!

great customer service and nice breakfast. This hotel attracts noisy guests. The Wellesley Inn South Dayton is in a pretty good location. It is just minutes from the highway and shopping areas. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the hotel service was great. The rooms look like they have been updated in the last few years and overall this is a good hotel for the money. My only complaint is that because it is a cheaper hotel, it also attracted larger groups (sports teams, youth groups, etc) and it is quite noisy.

When reservation got turned around, staff made it fixed right away. That they got the reservation of a Non-Smoking room mixed up. The hotel was not booked up. The hotel was suffice for my needs of privacy and a good night's rest and a pleasant stay. However, the location to my place of work in South Dayton was a half hour inconvenience. Other than that, I had a good stay.

It was easily accessible. It was moderate service. It was okay. Clean, handy, and served breakfast, but not alot of extras.
