Arrived, checked in, and slept well. Refreshed for the second day of driving on vacation.

Liked the pool. Toilet handle broken. If you have allergies to pets this is not a good place to stay as they must not clean the rooms very well. The toilet handle was broke off and had to be put back on just to flush. The fridge was very loud running and the towels felt like sandpaper. I have stayed at other motel 8s and none were as bad as this one.

i was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. all of the reviews i read said the rooms were very clean, but my bathroom was filthy. the toilet obviously had not been cleaned for a while. the toilet bowl had a ring of mold or mildew around the top of the water. the sink and bathtub faucets had soap scum and gunk all over them and the bathtub had a layer of soap scum also. the floors and counters had hair and debris all over them. the rest of the room was fine, but the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. i have stayed at the super 8 in nearby morristown a few time and was always very pleased with the accomadations. i was expecting the same in dandridge and was very dissappopinted by the difference

Clean sheets, great pillows. Dirty - especially bathroom! Bathroom was so dirty I had to re clean it before using it. Had to wipe down all surfaces with soap and water. Lamp on bedside table stuck to the table top! It did have clean sheets and great pillows - nice mattress too. Quite and nice staff.

Super 8 @Dandridge was a great value. The only criticism I have is about the sheets underbedding. Ever slept on sheets that kind of roll under you? This one did too. They need to invest in some foam padding to go under the sheets to prevent this. Otherwise everything was perfect for an economy motel.

Excellent breakfast and easy to find. Asked for enough towels for my family and did not get them. Good price but their definition of nearby to Gatlinburg attractions and mine differs by at least 30 minutes.

The room was excellent and the price was outstanding. We will plan to stay here anytime we are in the area. It had everything that the more expensive hotel could have.

Loud noisy guest in morning. The hotel was not the problem. It was how I was treated by your staff and your policy. They were rude and not at all helpful.

The price. Flat pillows; requests for additional ones went unheeded. Hotel staff wasnot very helpful. This is a very basic hotel. If you need extra pillows or blankets or towels or pretty much anything, you should plan to bring or buy your own.

Price per night or stay is very affordable. Air condition should be on prior to check in. A nice hotel to stay in. Although the lobby area is very small. Breakfast area is also in the lobby and its very congested when lots of guest are getting their breakfast at the same time.

Very easy to find, close to dining act. Bathroom towels. This was a typical super 8. Currently they are remodeling the rooms and painting hallways act. We stayed in one of the newly redone rooms and it was very pretty. Great water pressure, although the towels were small and rough. We would gladly stay there again.

The doors were inside the hallways allowing for more safety. We arrived at 4am and found the hallways smelled terrible of smoke and our room had not been cleaned. The desk worked eventually cleaned our room. It was conveniently located right off the interstate. It had nice basic necessities. We did get a non-smoking room but did not enjoy smelling smoke in the hallway. We only waited about 15 minutes for our room to be cleaned, but and we didn't have to clean it ourselves after all. But the floor was not cleaned. They had no other room available.

Hotel was quiet. Not clean, staff not concerned. We arrived late in the evening to find the room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and what looked like dried urine on the inside bathroom door. Told front desk clerk but she seemed unconcerned. The hotel was quiet considering it was full.
