Clean room was a plus to me and the free breakfast was better then I expected. The room was very clean for me. Any questions I had was answered in a understanding way. The free breakfast that was given to the guest was alot more then I was thinking of, which was good.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. The entire hotel smelled musty like food and mold. As we were changing in our room one of the hotel staff walked right into our room without knocking. We asked for our money back due to the smell and feeling of insecurity and staff refused. We were planning on staying for four nights and left after one. I would never stay at this hotel again. There are many other nice hotels right in the area, so do not book a room at this hotel. I am planning on calling coorporate offices and filing a formal complaint agaisnt the staff members at this hotel. Please do not ruin your vacation like I did and stay at another establishment.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter and her family. Our grandsons loved the pool. I thought it was a good room for the money. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I didn't think the staff was very friendly or helpful, and the room definitely was not worth the cost. Made the mistake of booking a smoking room thinking it can't be THAT bad... big mistake! My husband is a smoker and even HE couldn't take how bad the room smelled and how dirty it was. We were, however, allowed to switch to another room for the second night after we complained several times about the condition of the first room.

The staff worked w/ me to allow my pet to stay. There were resident "managers" that cooked in their rooms. Could use more variety on the breakfast, given their nearby competitors.

Good bang for the buck. Breakfast offering a little skimpy. Good place to stay for the price. I would stay there again.

It was conveniently located. The room was located next to the elevator control room. The room we were in was located next to the elevator maintenance room and was noisy. Although we requested a smoking room - the room smelled heavily of smoke when we entered - it was not pleasant. When the batteries for the remote did not work, I requested new ones but I was given batteries from the remote in another room instead of new ones - these worked but just barely. All in all our stay was ok but in the end we got what we paid for - not much.

Inattentive staff. Basic place to lay our heads down for 2 nights. Breakfast in the am was ok. Pretty limited, and small room.
