On this trip we wanted to go to the casinos in Council Bluffs, this was nearby, with a great restaraunt right across the street.

Price-close to casinos- easy exit from interstate. It looked nice inside and out and was easy to find.

My family stayed one night at this hotel mainly because it was cheap and we were not going to be thier long. We all agreed that the beds were very uncomfortable and the no smoking room had a very bad smell in it as did the hallway. Also the hallway going to the office is not well marked and is hard to use with little kids. The morning free breakfast was however good.

The Super 8 is not so great but it is a decent place to rest your head for a few days. If you need no great amenities and just want a cheap goto, pick this chain.

forgot my wireless earpiece and charger set. got down the road about 20 miles, called back to inform them and that i was having some one pick it up within the hour. SO i know it was there as i told them where i left it, (hanging over the tv set in the room), they still have the nerve to say it wasnt there. i hope you enjoy it whomever the new owner is...... also, the floor was very damp, not sure if they just shampooed it or not, but there was a very musty odor in the room.

It was close to the bar that we went to. No pool. It is nice for someone who just needs a simple hotel room. It had a nice breakfast and an upbeat staff.

Super 8 Motel Council Bluffs was clean and reasonably comfortable but there was a fairly loud truck stop nearby.
