Well, we arrived with an Orbitz reservation and tried to check in but were told Orbitz had not paid the hotel yet and so we sat around while I called Orbitz to try and straighten it out, wasting time that we thought we had saved by booking with Orbitz in the first place. Orbitz is supposed to make things less expensive and easier for the traveler. This hotel was neither. Very disappointed in this Orbitz represented hotel experience.

Just it had outside good view. Our room had no fridge. In general it was not so good for my family.

We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last few years to visit my auntie. The staff has always been helpful and considerate. The rooms are clean and so are the linens. It's nice to be facing the river, if you can, to view it and the park which goes along it. It's right downtown, lots of things within an easy walk, and just off the main roads in and out to I-5. We've always had quiet, restful nights there. Lots of folks seem to like the pool, too. Good value for the price.

The room is the Filthiest room you ever see. Towels had black spots. You don't want to touch or look into the carpet. The manager is very rood. I told him that I want to leave the room and he told me that since I booked the room through the internet, the internet website will charge the motel 25 dollars so he has to take it from my credit card. I believed him and when I called the website support, the agent laughed and told me that this never happened before. He gave me Super 8 customer service and I talked to them and they were upset with the news. So basically the motel manager stole from me some money.

It was comfortable but with small rooms. The in-room WiFi was not working one night and I had to sit in the lobby to get internet coonection. The second night the WiFi was operational in the room

Conveneint location. Run down. The management kicked out 6 children with us from the pool after giving a warning to another group.

Location. Worn out. Bare bones but good location. Would not want to stay there for more than one night.

Decent location. Disgusting hotel. Pet hairs everywhere. Filthy dirty. This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. They let pets in all of the rooms and are filthy dirty. The carpets have pet stains. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was very convienent. This is a small thing, no refrigirator.
