Our flight was delayed twice and we didn't arrive even close to our expected check in time but I did call the hotel and notify them of this but our room was rented to someone else before our arrival. At midnight we were not happy about this at all. However, the staff very quickly found us another suitable room and all was well after that. The housekeeping and rest of staff were very friendly and were more than willing to go out of their way to be helpful.

It was in a convenient location, and we were happy to be on the ground floor. The toilet ran very slowly, and the bathroom door did not shut completely. We were very comfortable in our room, very good AC, also had refrigerator among other usual amenities. For our purposes on our trip, the location was excellent.

Room is older but okay for sleeping. Bathroom is horrible. Bath mat glued to bathtub, no stopper in tub. Very noisy location along budy highway

It was clean and recently renovated. Continental breakfast leaves a little to be desired. Good location for our purpose. Attractive in all aspects. Clean rooms. Fines (adding to bill) for smoking in non smoking rooms.

Nice people. No private door tag to keep housekeeping from knocking on your door while trying to sleep. Staff was really good. Got stuck in a smoking room and it stink really bad but they put an air machine in for 2 days helped a little. Hated housekeeping knocking on door to door.

Nothing. Did not allow pets even though website states they do. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Centrally located in town. Doing renovations did not know about this at time or reservation. Friendly staff, would stay here again, but only for a short time. Would stay at a nicer hotel if I needed to stay longer than 2 days.

The price and location. The beds, the sheets felt like sandpaper. We all had a hard time falling asleep. It felt like we had sandpaper sheets and blankets made of rat hair. I didn't know you could order toilet paper with the poor stench already in it before you use it! We camped out the next night and compared to the Ho Jo our tent seemed like a five star hotel.

The way you have to get breakfast and take to your room was not good. They should build enough lobby . Also the location is to close to a stop sign. I did not like the way the breakfast is served. that we had to get our breakfast and take to the room upstairs it was raining and that was not fun at all. In the future they need to think about creating a lobby.
