The Pride of Super 8 in Cloquet, MN is located just 15 minutes from Lake Superior/Duluth. During the winter there is skiing, snowmobiling, hockey and ice skating all within minutes of the motel. During the summer there is swimming, fishing, hiking, festivals and of course shopping. For those who like to stay in, we have four whirlpool theme suites and an executive suite, 1- Polynesian Suite, 2 - Edmund Fitzgerald, 3 - Jewel of the Nile and 4 - Northern Exposure. All suites have 27 inch television, fridge, coffee maker, and king size beds. Our doubles and singles are equipped with queen size beds and all rooms have free cable and HBO. Local calls are free as well as the SuperStart Breakfast, and 24hr coffee.
All reservations requesting a pet must be booked directly at our property. Property Only Allows Dogs with a 50.00 USD cash deposit. We have smoking, non smoking and handicapped rooms. The room had a bad smell to it.

It was close by my destination, clean and affordable. No pool. Good place to stay if you just need to sleep. They don't have much to do it you are staying there for the weekend. Clean and comfortable.

We arrived after 6:00 p.m. late check-in. The room was nice and clean.We asked for a late check-out -noon which was really nice. I would stay here again. Housekeeping excellant!!! nice, bright, clean, easy to find,and economical.

The one staff at front desk. The front person at the front desk was very rude to us yelled at us for our door slamming in the middle of the afternoon that she had people sleeping. I would never stay at this motel again. Then at 2 are in the morning people where slamming there doors next to us and nothing was said to them.

Staff was very friendly. Service was good, amenities were nice. The people above us set an alarm and got up at 3am. This sound came down into our room and kept me awake for an hour. Very clean and well run. Convenient and easy to find off a main highway. Nice breakfast offering.
