The room was comfortable. The bed was nice and the separate vanity was large and had enough space. The fridge and microwave were both funcional and an added plus. The location was great to get to all the sights in Knoxville.

I liked the location. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and even close to a Wal-Mart for any needs that may need to be met. Well the room was not maintained very well. The Bathroom door didn’t shut right and the fridge didn’t work right. The bathroom door didn’t shut correctly and the fridge was not getting cold enough. I was located near restaurants which was good. So I didn’t have to have it to store food or drinks.

This facility was filthy.Mattresses soft and worn.There was a 1" gap under the door.Wrote to corporate management and never receved a reply.

Didn't like anything about the hotel. Dirty, not clean and smelly. I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty, hadn't been cleaned well, and smelled (e.g., wet, dirty washcloth hanging on shower door; hair in sink; burnholes on toilet seat).

While economical, Super 8 hotels are usually clean & service is usually good. Neither applied here. Non-smoking room had bed linens from smoking room, bed sloped noticably, in-room wireless internet (advertised) non-existent. Staff functional but not pleasant.
