Location, right of Interstate 40. Over all the hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. I had a good stay.

I have a terrible sense of smell, but could smell smoke in my room and anywhere on the second floor. Even bought febreeze.....didn't work. Otherwise ok for the money.

Convenient and comfortable. Friendly staff and clean. I would like a small refrigerator in room. Very nice and convenient to the Winston Salem Area. Would like to stay there again.

Location. The 2nd "bed" was a pull out couch with missing springs; we slept on the floor because that was more comfortable than the "beds". This hotel was awful. We only went to this hotel because I had booked 2 queen size beds. I got one queen and a pull out couch. They told me we got the room with the Jacuzzi, once they handed me the key I was told the Jacuzzi was broken. We asked for a cot at about 11 at night, because the beds were so uncomfortable. The cot was worse. We all slept on the floor.

Had stayed at this Super 8 many times in the past, and never experienced what I did this visit. The girl at the front desk acted like I was bothering her when I checked in, and cut me off mid-sentence several times. There was no ice bucket in my room, and there was sock sticking out between the mattresses when I turned the bed down. There felt like springs coming through the mattress when I laid in the bed, and that made for the worst night sleep I had had in many, many years. The tub drained like the water was molasses, and flushing the toilet was a 3 or 4 flush event. Went outside the first morning I was there, and the vehicle beside mine had the window broken out, and there was glass on the trunk of my car. That evening coming back in, the glass was still in the parking lot, and the door wouldn't let me in. I walked around to the front desk where I waited a good 5 minutes before a young man finally showed up. I finally made it in the room where there was a do not disturb sign on the door, which I didn't put there, and no clean towels, unmade beds, and the TV on, which I didn't leave on. Needless to say, I wasn't happy, I stayed that night, and checked out the next morning. I asked to speak to the manager, but the girl kinda laughed and said she wasn't going to be in that day. She said she would have her call me, but I haven't heard from anyone. My best advice... pay the extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn Express, you'll be thankful you did. I will in the future.

Seen this billboard and stopped in. Glad I did. Service was great, rooms where clean, and breakfast was by far better than any other cont. breakfast I have had. Almost had TOO much to choose from. The hotel was exactly what I look for when traveling. I'll be telling all my friends to stay there if they make it up that way. I make this trip 3 times a year and I'm glad I tried a new route this time... I know where I'll be staying next time.

The room was very large and the free coffee was very good. The hotel was being renovated but should look nicer very soon. It was clean and convenient to the downtown, fuel and food. The bathroom was very nice.

Great quiet hotel right outside of Winston Salem. Great customer service and a excellent nights sleep.

Location - very convenient to restaurants, shopping, interstate Hard to make a right turn out of main road - very busy and must cross 2 lanes of traffic Hotel was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was not as good as some I have had at other hotels, but overall a good value for the money.

I liked the general quality of the hotel and its convenient location. We did not like having to be in the smoking section. For our brief stay need, the hotel was perfect and conveniently located near where we had to go.
