It's a pretty convenient location, and the staff is accommodating. It"s pretty basic, not a lot of amenities. This hotel just doesn't have a lot of amenities. Great hotel for business travelers, might want to think about installing ironing boards in the rooms.

Checked in to dirty towel hanging behind the door in bathroom. Front desk was rude when we called to see if someone could clean our room the next day after the maid had passed our room by. Clerk said we were lying, we ask her to come see the room & she began screaming at us & told us she was going to lock us out of our room. We called the police and left with our refund.

Although our room was clean and comfortable, I would not suggest staying here. We arrived when it was 110 degrees outside. Our room was on the west side of the building, and the air conditioning had not been turned on. After turning it on, we left for about an hour (just what you want to do after a long drive) and upon return the room was very cool and stayed that way.The continental breakfast is a joke and consisted of plastic wrapped donuts and bagels plus two kinds of cereal. There was seating for only 4 people in the breakfast area. No elevator.

Checked into room late at night. Wife was disturbed by the cockroaches running around the bathroom. No satisfaction from the absent manager. Wrote corporate! Other than that, the room looked ok.

Very pleasant, courteous, and polite staff. Wished it would have had a coffee maker in room. Definite value.

Near the interstate. Expensive ($62 counting tax/service fee) for the quality. The staff check-in was friendly/helpful.
