Helpful staff. Computer available.

It was clean. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The staff spoke little English and was not helpful. The top door latch was broke. The toilet had to be flushed twice every time. Would not recommend this motel.

I have stayed here twice in the last year as a jumping off point to visit Northwestern with my high school children. The location is great for that purpose if you are seeking an economy hotel. Each time, however, the overwhelming impression that I left with is the odor in the hallway and the rooms. It is an extremely annoying cleaning-solvent smell. It is not so bad that you don't get use to it in a few minutes. However, it came rushing back to me after I got home from the trip when I put on the same casual t-shirt that I took on the trip, and prior to washing it -- oh, my goodness, it smelled just like the room because I must have left it on the room floor for a period of time. Nice price, and the staff (such as they are) are nice enough, but they have got to do something about the pervasive smell to the place. Guys, be warned: never take a finicky wife to such a place. I did not have to, and I saved money, but we would have had to change hotels if my wife had been along either time.

it was a pleasant stay

Nothing. Blankets were so old and thin and looked dirty. Didn't want to walk on carpeting in bare feet. Would not stay there again.

the hotel is fairly worn down, run down, and neglected. the desk help weren't very helpful or talkative. the rooms had an odd, unpleasant odor to them and the hallways were hot and stuffy. this would not be such a bad place if the owner(s) would spend a few dollars to give it a real good cleaning, fresh paint and maybe little refridgerators in the rooms and newer, unstained mattresses. i can't say i'd want to stay here again but because there aren't many hotels in morton grove, i just might have to. i will check skokie, il and other areas before resorting to this place again, though.

The Super8 was more comfortable that first anticipated. There could have been a better view. The hotel was quiet and had adequate room for a weekend stay.

The room was attractive. Our fresh towels were dirty and the room wasn't very clean. If the room would have been cleaner (dirty walls) and the towels (ground in dirt). I probably would have rated this hotel a lot better.

Went to Chicago for a Cubs game. CTA train station was a few miles down the road. Easy access in and out. No frills, but clean room and nice staff. Plenty of free parking.

We chose this hotel to save some money on our trip to Chicago, but we managed to get very little sleep. There were several guests opening and shutting their doors quite loudly all night long.

The room was nice and clean. Did not have a smoking room. This is a good hotel for business.

Easy to drive to and the rooms are very nice. Close to Skokie shopping area and nice area. Staff was very helpful. Good value for the money.

Close to interstates. No hot water in shower or sink. Poor- I asked to change rooms because of the water situation and I was ignored.

It's inexpensive price and locality to the Chicago area. The smell of the rooms was strong, and the smell dragged with me when I left. Very convenient and very decent pricing, considering it's location near Chicago. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the area -- it is still very clean and comfortable.

Clean and great location for our needs. The only problem we had during our stay was that the toliet didn't flush very well in our room.

It did not meet my expectationfor the price. Its too expensive in its class. Services are not good, such as there are no small fridge or microwave available in rooms or kitchen, so it does not suit for people who want to stay longer than one day.

Water pressure. Being next to the laundry room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The AC. The pool was closed and I had to enter themotel in the back praking lot.

Free breakfast was tolerable. Response of front staff person to suggestions of problems. Smell of room gave us both sore throats and coughs. Steps were difficult and dangerous to use. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was clean. Nothing. It was very clean for the price that we spent on the accommodations. The location was great.
