quick overnite stay,very late sign-in,yet pleasant staff and helpful Breakfast suggestions beyond their offerings.

It was clean, and everything worked. It was not in a very good neighborhood. Very no-frills, but the place was clean, and everything worked. The neighborhood was not great, but I have seen worse, and there were no incidents during my stay. The parking lot was not set up very well for security purposes, with some spaces hidden from public view, and the only access was through the front door (unless someone propped the door open with the rock that was right next to it).

The cleanlinessand comfort of the room and convenience of the hotel to restaurants and shopping make it a very worthwhile value for the money. I was not happy with the front desk staff at any point during my stay. They all seemed rude and put out that I was bothering them. One would not even open the window to speak with me when I was checking out during the day, and the transaction was done through the slide. A pleasant attitude always makes a customer happier. The housekeeping staff were very nice. I would recommend this place to others, but don't expect pleasant service from the front desk. I have been to this place before, and encountered the same situations, so I don't think it was a fluke bad day.

Shopping close by, wonderful with pets, would stay again.Very clean and friendly helped with directions , ect.
